GOLDEN BEACH

Stayed here for a weekend with my fiancé. We really enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the hotel. But what really made me want to leave a feedback is the staff. The reception ladies were really welcoming and helpful. I had a few questions regarding my stay, so they were very patient and friendly while explaining everything to me. That’s what makes me want to come back! :) Definitely recommend this one.

The hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate and not accessible to anything or anywhere. It is about 10km from Lyon centre. Staff are rude and not helpful. They charge 100 euros per night as a deposite on top of what we already paid. There are many wonderful hotels in Lyon you can choose.

Golden Tulip was a perfect choice for a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed the on-site spa, and the heated pool at night was especially pleasant very calm and almost empty. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, exactly what I was looking for. My goal was to rest, and it was absolutely perfect

This is an amazing hotel, just on the outskirts of Lyon. The amenities are much superior to similar hotels I have experienced and the food is great (check out the amazing wine list.!). The staff is very attentive to clients needs. We had multiple services in the spa and were impressed: facial, body scrub and sports massage. Kudos to Christelle and Salma! It is rare to find good spa providers in hotels. Here, the personnel is highly trained. My mom and I enjoyed every moment. It was a great way to celebrate her 81st birthday. I look forward to returning.

Great location, clean and new, excellent breakfast.

Rude staff at breakfast and on reception. They also gave someone else the my key card and that person came into my room. When that person left to get a new room reception called my room and asked for my last name in a rude manner with no apology. Rooms are not very sound proof, woken up to doors slamming very early.

I can here for a small staycation. The pool was amazing and the spa services were awesome. I recommend Nina for a spa session. Her friendly attitude was appreciated and she put me at ease with my questions. The room was large and the hotel very comfortable. This was my second visit and I will definitely be staying here again. I highly recommend this location and the spa. Thank you Nina!

The location is near Lyon. The underground parking is very practical. The breakfast is amazing. Enjoy it in the very peaceful garden. Very nice receptionists.
