The room was heavily smelling of cigarette smoke; the room should not been rented out. And the hotel management new about it. When we arrived, the window was wide open, it was very cold outside and inside. The heating system was turned off because of the open window. Looks like someone tried to remove the smoke smell. Rest of the room was perfectly cleaned up, means the condition of the room was known. Next morning all your clothes smelled of cigarette smoke, so heavy was the pollution. Next morning I was complaining at the reception, asked for my money back. The lady at the reception explained to me the hotel manager is not there and will arrive in 2 hours, she will let him know. I gave her my email and phone number but never heard back from the hotel manager.

Lazy staff who turned up 45 mins late to work then shut down early enough to have paid guests waiting outside. Next to no service. Would not recommend this place unless you are so money conscious that the price was worth the stress of being told to " come back in a little while when the reception might be open" and that was thirty minutes After the reception was supposed to open! Forget this place, just pay for anything else, it could not be worse!

They can charge you twice for a service without acknowledgment, avoid this hotel. On top of that they knock the door at 8.30am for doing the room. Not nice if you are traveling

Clean and resonable price but no parking spaces and a terrible smoke smell in both our rooms. To the degree that two out of four did not sleep good at all.

Great hotel that is pet friendly. Needed a place travelling north. Off the motorway, had covered parking and was accepting pets. Rooms were clean and spacious. Decent size bathroom with shower. They offered a pet fee but included a goody bag with poo bags, a toy rope and chew bone.

We arrived the room late/checked in via the machine at the door. When we arrived to the room, the air conditioning was running and the condensation water was dropping to the floor pretty quickly. The air con had mold on it, so i doubt it was healthy to stay in the room. Nobody at reception around that time, but even next day the receptionist did not really care when reported the issue. Not great experience. B&B hotels used to be better quality, but this one is pretty old. As it was.main season, price was pretty high for a family room for this quality. Do not recommend

Very useful stay for the night while traveling. Easy to reach and parking behind electrically operated gate. Simple but fine and clean room. All access is by numerical key that is sent to you and you are therefore not bound to opening hours of the reception desk.

This "hotel" is a joke! We arrived at 3 am after driving for 12 hours and booked this hotel for its late check out till 12:00 so we could sleep. However within 4 hours - at 7 am we had a cleaning lady knocking on a door! She came knocking 30 minutes later again after she got told the check out is at 12:00 she came knocking 5 more times!!! Then they started cleaning the room next to us making extreme noise and laughing. They kept waking us up. When i got upset and screamed at her to stop knocking she was just laughing and kept coming everywhile to knock on the door!! They obviously wanted you to leave so they could have the rooms cleaned asap, but having to pay for this is absolute nonsense when they dont even let you sleep and want you gone at 7am! EDIT: Housekeeping was there already at 7am and not 9 am as you claim. As you see in other reviews iam not the only one who complain about them coming this early! There is nowhere option to choose late checkout as its stated automatically before making the booking and even in the reservation it says 12:00.
