I’ve been into Hermès for quite some time now, so when I knew I was visiting Paris, this flagship store was at the top of my list. I had the most wonderful experience with my SA, Marie (if I recall her name correctly). She was incredibly sweet and took the time to truly understand my style and what I was looking for. What started as a simple trip for a Twilly turned into a wonderful shopping spree! Thanks to her thoughtful recommendations, I walked away with a beautiful cashmere scarf that is so incredibly soft, a card holder, some cosmetics, perfume, and the most adorable notebook. I’m already dreaming of my next trip to Paris just to shop here again. I’ll definitely be looking for Marie next time. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience. I’ll be back for sure :)

I recently got the Hermès Apple Watch, and overall I’ve been very impressed. The build quality feels premium — the casing is solid, and it gives that luxury finish you expect from a high-end timepiece. The Hermès band is surprisingly comfortable: whether it’s the woven or leather version, it hugs the wrist nicely without feeling rigid or scratchy, making it great for all-day wear. On the health front, the watch delivers everything I need: accurate heart rate monitoring, excellent fitness-tracking capabilities, and seamless integration with Apple’s health ecosystem. The health functions are just as capable as a standard Apple Watch, but you get that Hermès elegance too. The best Hermes stores are in Paris. This is our top favorite. We always keep the big Hermes purchases for this store. The service is excellent and I always found what I was looking for from Kelley, to Birkin, to shoes, to accessories. Congratulations to the store for their very kind customer service.

I had the most amazing experience at this store and managed to get my dream items! My experience was fantastic from start to finish, my SA was very attentive and patient with me and helped me a lot! If you are in Paris and a Hermes lover this store is worth visiting. This store is an experience in itself, since it showcases so much of Hermes history.

This good looking white girl in shoe department was very ruled. i bought two pairs of shoes but still feeling very uncomfortable about the way i was treated by her. This place is ridiculous on the way they treat costumers. I never had good experiences in there on my previous visits.

One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I visited the Hermès flagship store in Paris for four consecutive days trying to purchase specific items. Each day involved long waits, only to be told to come back the next day. The staff were consistently unhelpful, dismissive, and at times outright rude. I understand that demand is high, but poor customer service is unacceptable—especially from a luxury brand. After multiple visits and hours wasted, I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and extremely disappointed. For a flagship Hermès store, the service was shockingly poor.

This is my first visit to the Paris boutique and pleasantly surprised by the cheerful and helpful SAs. The experience I had back home (Asia) wasn’t as good. Kudos to one of the sweet SAs who helped me with the appt swiftly and the other 2 SAs who were very patient and kind to us. I left the shop with a bag charm and an exotic bag!!! You all worked hard to serve the customers- thank you !
