We had an absolutely unforgettable experience at Maison Ferrand. • When we first arrived, the distillery was actually closed as the team was preparing for a large private event. We assumed we were out of luck, but thanks to the kindness and generosity of the staff, we were unexpectedly welcomed in. What followed was truly extraordinary. • We were given a behind the scenes visit of the entire property, from the distillation areas to the barrels and even the greenhouse where they grow citrus used for R&D for their spirits. Seeing this level of access, especially during such a busy moment for the team, made the experience feel incredibly special and personal. • Everyone we met was passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely proud of what they do. They took the time to explain their craft, share local traditions, and make us feel completely welcome. • This was not a standard visit. It was one of those rare, authentic experiences that you remember long after the trip is over. An exceptional visit and a true highlight of our time in Cognac.

Before visit called the given tel number, but person gave me another number to arrange the appointment. Nobody answered on this number. Still drove here and visited 2 h before closing in hope to buy a bottle of vine, but all the doors was closed. After knocking at the counter get another tel number from some employee to arrange the visit apontment. Feels like nobody wants to earn money and show the good service

Plantation XO 20th Anniversary Rum is bad, it is nearly like a cheap one for mixing, and that for 40 Euro/700 ml.
