Took 2 days to see it all! A must see - the yachts and history was truly amazing!!
Gate de Antibes station is a great place to connect with a train to numerous destinations to Nice, Marseille and Paris for example. Good signage to find your platform on good time. Lifts available. A cafe on site. Within walking distance of the centre. The bus station is upstairs to many destinations.
I’ve used this train station several times, mainly to catch local trains to other nearby towns and cities, and it has been easy to navigate each time. I’ve also taken a long-distance train from here to Paris, and that experience was straightforward. The signage throughout the station was clear and easy to understand, which helped when finding platforms, exits, and connections. During my visits, I saw local, regional, and high-speed trains in operation. There is bus service available on the upper street level. Inside the station, I noticed several ticket machines and a small snack shop, though food options were limited, so I usually bring my own food and use the app to buy tickets. There is even an Amazon Locker in front of the station.
Probably the most beautiful place in that part of the coast. The old town is remarkable. City beach amazing, well kept and tidy. Picasso museum will give you cultural thrills. If you up to night life - you will find plenty of fun places. The variety of restaurants will satisfy the most capricious foodies. (You can find simple, small, local place to eat something delicious) Real must see! I love Antibes.
Stunning beaches. Lots of walking required to get to the more remote beaches but worth it. Big yachting port, really beautiful.
Premier hub after Nice - Cannes. Information booth is always manned. Security is usually better here, however Tourists- always watch your purse, wallet, phone & valuables.
Pretty place with plenty of things to see.
Nice traditional SNCF railway station, considered a main stop on the Cannes to Nice railway line. Pedestrian bridge from the railway station connects with the main bus station. A short 1km walk into town centre.
