The restaurant is now run by Cyril after being bought by a couple of Dutch people and the atmosphere is now wonderful. The staff are friendly and great fun. Food is high end with chefs taking great pride in their work. Obviously the terrace overlooking miles of countryside and sea is very special. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is wonderful and worth a detour. The setting outside a medieval castle from the 10th century is delightful. The owners are friendly and extended a very warm welcome. The food is outstanding along with the service. The are several prix fix options featuring delicious traditional French cuisine. Every course was top-notch. Will definitely return.

We ate at the restaurant for Christmas after 3 years having learned that the establishment was under new ownership and managed by Cyril. So happy to come back as the vibe was more relaxed and the food still amazing. Bravo to Cyril and the chef and team!

Dined at this amazing restaurant twice during our stay in Cabris after being introduced by our friends. The location is across the street from a historic lookout with spectacular views down to the Mediterranean. The food was an equisite experience with beautiful flavours and outstanding presentation. We had multiple dishes and each was unique and bursting with combinations that were a delight. If you have a sweet tooth you must leave room for the desserts - so good!!! The wines are excellent and if you are not familiar with them then just take the waiter’s advice - you can’t go wrong. Finally the staff are what takes this restaurant to the next level - they take time to explain the dishes, provide efficient friendly service and are approachable without a hint of pretentiousness.

The restaurant is a fantastic location reminding me of an impressive cellar of a chateau. Moreover, there is a beautiful terrace in front of it. The food choice is appealing and the desert menu simply seducing. All is provided on a high quality level both the dishes and the professional, very attentive service. Table reservation for dining is a must.

This is one of the places I tend to stay when I go home. I like it for the informality and friendliness and how it's very clean, presentable, well appointed and safe. The rooms are small but they are comfortable and well designed. The food is meaty but they have options and will cater to your needs. I couldn't really fault this place because I've been many times and never had a bad experience; the staff and owners are just such nice people and it feels like coming home even if you are a tourist.

An excellent small hotel. Rooms are spacious and very clean. From the nearby viewpoint you can gaze from Nice to St Tropez and even see Corsica on a clear day. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant was an amazing experience.

We came here for dinner and the food was incredible! The steak was done to perfection. The restaurant is on the hilltop and the terrace is beautiful. Highly recommended!
