SCI LA CLAIRIERE

The location is beautiful and very unique. We can also understand the negative comments about the entrance process, as the staff at all three(?!) security checks were extremely unfriendly. Still, we made it inside (yay). Now to our biggest criticism: We’re two women who simply wanted to dance and have a good time. On the dance floor there were lots of men, many of them so drunk they could barely walk, constantly bumping into people and behaving in a really uncomfortable way. We changed our spot around five times and were repeatedly pushed, shoved and harassed by heavily intoxicated guys. When we pointed it out, we were even threatened with raised fists. We eventually left and mentioned this to the security staff outside. There were around 15 huge guys standing there, but apparently no one paying attention to what was happening inside.

A very nice outdoor venue with an exceptional DJs lineup week in week out. Pros: Open air, nice atmosphere, service is friendly (at the bar), ok sound quality Cons: drinks are too pricey, bouncers are not polite, dance floor/stage too small Would recommend this venue for its lineup

The most amazing venue, DJ, people combo I have ever experienced in an amazing night of quality house music. I have been to my share fare of gigs and La Clairière has definitely been my favourite music venue. Staff were very nice as well, I don't agree with other reviews, or maybe they took the feedback and improved.

Nowadays it's my favorite night club in Paris and surroundings! With a beautiful structure in the middle of the forest of Boulogne, it's really well planned, the lights and colors that reflect in the trees make you feel well and at home. Always good artists, you dance too much since the beginning until the end, with good price of ticket, most of the time 10E Good people to meet too! Congrats to the organization of this club, great job :)

Very cool area being in the forest and stuff, but unfortunately the sound is god awful. Like it’s impossible to hear anything unless you are under the stage and still there is practically no low-end (tiny speakers!). To make matters worse it’s nearly impossible to be by the stage as the venue is overcrowded! So either you can dance and breathe, but not listen to the music OR kind of hear the music but be constantly pushed and shoved by everyone else trying to hear even a single decibel of noise. Such a shame, this venue would have so much potential if they didn’t overcrowd and actually bought real speakers / hired a sound consultant. Also I have no faith in buying tickets sooner than before the event because if it’s not sold out they will just put out a promo code (it’s always just “clairiere”) the day of so you can either get free entry or 50% off a ticket. Kind of a stab in the back, so thanks.

I attended Bresh at La Clairière in Paris. Security were rude and inconsistent. Despite wearing elegant sandals, I was stopped at the entrance and told I couldn’t enter unless I changed shoes – after traveling over an hour to get there. When we calmly asked for an explanation, we were accused of being "rude", when it was actually the staff who were aggressive and dismissive, especially towards women. They tried to explain that it was because of the uneven flooring, but then changed their mind saying the reason was because it was a “club” and it would have been okay if I had a back strap. They told me to go home and change, then segregated us in a separate area whilst they asked the manager if he would allow me to go in. After 10 seconds, they let us in and didn’t even look again at my shoes - I was just let in. It was distressing, pointless and a complete abuse of power. They also called my friend rude because he accidentally ignored staff when he didn’t realise they were talking about him and subsequently to him. He explained that he didn’t realise they were talking to him, but it was preceded by him being lectured to about his “attitude.” When we finally got let in there were lots of girls wearing heels, sandals and one wearing kitten heel sandals. Their justification of what the rules were didn’t seem to apply to everyone - just who they felt like applying them to. There was no dress code mentioned. Nothing on the ticket or event description said anything about footwear or clothing restrictions. Yet people were being turned away for subjective and inconsistent reasons – even though they were dressed stylishly. It’s honestly not worth the money. The event is expensive and you don’t know if you’ll get let in or not.

Trop belle . The waiters are so kind , all the time asking about if you need something ,big smile and the environment amazing ,I will back for sure.

Very nice place, especially by a good weather day. The dancefloor is nice, people are cool and security members is taking care kindly.
