Watching the opera Fatima in this enchanting venue was a truly magnificent experience. I highly recommend that tourists like me who are planning a long stay in Lisbon see at least one performance in this magnificent setting.

We saw “Carmen Miranda, O Grande Musical” last night…honestly, might have surpassed any Broadway experience we’ve had! Rafaela Monteiro is a STAR! The cast was OUTSTANDING! Noémia Costa is breathtaking! The ushers ensure good etiquette; plenty of restrooms; space for your knees when seated. Congratulations to Filipe La Féria and your team on a job well done!

Awesome place to watch musicals !! I've watched 2 musicals both were outstanding!! The seats downstairs are more comfortable than upstairs. And ofcourse it's more expensive to sit near the stage. But the experience is extraordinary. Must visit !!

I’m all for supporting the arts…..However this theatre is blasting 3 songs on a loop from speakers outside from 9am to 10pm everyday and extremely loud levels. after trying to politely speak with someone a few times they just ignored me. They seem to have no respect or care for the businesses or people working and living right next to it. I think it’s about time the people living and working around there band together a demand a change to the way this theatre pollute this beautiful street with continuous noise.

Lovely theatre, very cosy, the seats are comfortable and has homely feeling about it. It is like revisiting a theater from the past but the light, sounds and the platform is great. We saw the musical called Severa and thoroughly enjoyed the production and didn't find the language a barrier.

"LAURA" Fantastic, spectacular musical. Hugely professional, wonderful theatre, dance and singing. Great orchestra.. Sissi incredible lead, actress, dance and singing. La Feria does it again and again and again! 😊

The facade is fantastic. We were only passing by on a walk around Lisbon and stopped to take pictures. Others have indicated they show Portuguese musicals here (known as revista). From the pictures it seems there isn't a lot of leg space between chairs. One for locals to enjoy performances as opposed to tourists to visit. I do recommend this show that is currently on exhibition in Politeama theatre. The two actors are incredibly talented and they work very well on this piece. Go and you won't regret.
