Only drawback of this company is long waiting. I came here around 12:30 afternoon and waited till 18:00 but still no information for loading. But they nicely said its okay sleep here don't go out you come back after completing your break and we will load right the moment in morning. Yes they are negetive reviews about this company but who doesn't have. Many places we felt long waiting and rude behavior. We have to just be patience and deal with problems we face on daily bases.

On August 26th, I arrived for loading. I approached the security guard, greeted him, and handed him the paper with my reference number. The security guard immediately began shouting at me. He is an older gentleman, wears glasses, and is bald. He seemed offended and resentful. I am 100% sure that I did nothing wrong to provoke him. Is this man ill? Is he just a bitter old man? He is a carrier of malice and harm. He is an enemy to civil society. Respected managers, please speak with him. If he does not want to work, please do not keep him employed here. He ruined my day. I come to your facility for loading frequently. The next time he shouts at me like that, I will not let it go so easily.

Direction is not good for truck, map lead you to low height tunnel and no entry trucks, direction is straying if you pin the company name

Be careful after gate Truck parking there is reverse parking and end of the place big concrete block it will damage trailer... If we are not confirmed.

Too much weithing for loading,they don't have inoff parking spase ,some truck must weith outside in small street with hours withaut toalet,complet 6 hours spended for loading conteiner.

Worst management ever i see loading time more than 2 hours no respect drivers they should close the factor

Fair place, the loading itself was quick, the personnel kind.
