Very kind and pleasant workers! We bought some tickets with original audio in English and unfortunately they told us that it cancelled and gave us 2 tickets for French movies that we chose, so the problem was definitely solved. Thank you very much ❤️
I asked a simple question of which films would be available in English, and the security guard kicked me out of line while the attendant was talking to me about which films were available. Like, their employee was talking to me, and the other tried to kick me out at the same time! Crazy. Go to the independent theater down the street, Arcade, instead. They were kind and thoughtful.
A Small but delicate cinema. It is more spacious and comfy than we expected. Unfortunately, every film projected here is dubbed with French and no subtitles so it’s definitely not a good spot to enjoy Hollywood movies.
We bought two tickets online to go to the cinema on Sunday the 1st of January 2023. My husband was unwell and we couldn't go. I called a few times, no answer. I sent a message through their site and I posted a question on google. I got through a lady the day after on the phone. They will not reimburse us / we cannot go another day / another time, unless we buy a new ticket at a discounted price. As far as I'm concerned, this is pretty poor customer service. Not only do they not help customers when they have a problem, which was out of our control, but they dared to ask us to pay more money. So, definitely choose another cinema next time.
Altjough in need of some renovation work, I appreciate its quaint and small town cinema ambience. The screening rooms are rather spacious and clean with very comfortable seating.
The theatre rooms are very tiny and sound/video quality is ok. Still wouldn't mind watching some of the average movies here.
