A beautiful hotel nestled in a stunning landscape. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful, restful, and relaxing.|That said, I was disappointed by the additional cost to access the spa, which is €20 per person, per hour. Given the relatively small size of the spa, charging guests by the hour felt a bit excessive. The breakfast was also underwhelming, especially at €25 per person. Our room was very small and the bed was extremely firm which made the space feel limited and cramped. ||Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, but some of the service pricing feels steeper than warranted.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, with a pleasant atmosphere. We only stayed for one night, but overall the impression was positive. I would especially like to highlight the excellent service at check-in — the staff was very welcoming, professional, and efficient. However, there are a couple of important points to be aware of. We booked a room on the third floor, and it was not mentioned anywhere that access is only by stairs, which made it quite inconvenient with luggage. Also, the ceiling height in the bathroom was not specified. This was a real issue — the ceiling is extremely low, and even with average height it is impossible to shower standing up comfortably. I actually hit my head, and it made the experience quite uncomfortable. It feels unreasonable not to mention something like this. If this information had been provided in advance, we would have easily chosen a different room. On a positive note, the town itself is beautiful and lively. There are plenty of restaurants, a lovely lake, and it’s a perfect place to just walk around for hours and enjoy the scenery — everything around is very picturesque.

I visited to use the sauna and it was a lovely experience! The pool area has nice views of the lake. There is also complimentary water and tea. The sauna is quite small and has capacity for maybe three people, so you may have to wait a bit. There is a small tub of water to create steam and it smells amazing. When I went, the steam room wasn’t working so they charged me 20 euros, when it’s usually 30, which was nice. The indoor pool has jet streams and there is a fun shower in the corner that changes temperature depending on the ‘theme’ you choose.. the second last button onwards is cold! It would have been nice to run back and forth from the sauna if I went at a quieter time.. I can’t speak French, nor do I have a French phone number, so I made my booking via email using google translate! I had no issues onsite either, everyone was lovely.

If you’re dreaming of an elegant, high-end boutique hotel with breathtaking views and truly attentive service, Les Trésoms Hotel & Spa in Annecy is the perfect choice. The setting is simply stunning, overlooking Lake Annecy with mountain scenery that takes your breath away and it’s just a pleasant walk into the old town! The staff are friendly and genuinely helpful throughout your stay. A special thank you to Anaïs, whose exceptional assistance made our visit even more memorable. Every morning began beautifully with a delicious, freshly prepared breakfast featuring local products and high-quality ingredients! We visited in winter and loved every moment, cozy, elegant and breathtaking. We cannot wait to return this summer! À bientôt, Les Trésoms ✨

I had a great stay at this hotel. The view was beautiful and really made the experience special. The facilities and services were excellent, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. It’s also very convenient that free parking is available for guests with cars. A special thanks to Naeem for his warm smile and genuine dedication to his work، his kindness truly stood out and made our stay even better.

Very welcoming place, I found almost everything perfect. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The only negative note concerns the SPA: we paid for the service in advance, but no one informed us that the steam room was not working. We received neither prior notice nor a refund. Moreover, the SPA staff was almost non-existent and not attentive to guests. We had to wait for some time before being noticed and before receiving towels. The area was also quite cold and poorly heated. In my opinion, in a property of this standard it is unacceptable to serve tea in reusable plastic cups, as it really detracts from the overall experience. Apart from that, everything else was excellent: restaurant and breakfast were outstanding.

We stayed for the weekend and had a lovely stay. Spa is nice & service is good too! Our room was bit on a smaller side but had everything that’s required. We had good breakfast, the beards & croissants were amazing. Tried the hotel restaurant L’Atelier which was decent.

We really loved this hotel. It’s a beautiful location and I’m pretty sure you can’t find a hotel in Annecy that has a better view. We rented e-bikes at the hotel and rode around the entire lake, which was 20 miles and took 5 hours, including stopping a lot to take pics and eat lunch. We saw other hotels and honestly, I don’t think you can get a more scenic view of the lake and surrounding mountains. I would highly recommend renting e-bikes whether or not you decide to go for as long as we did. It’s a great way to get a lay of the land at least for half a day. The hotel rents the bikes for either 4 hours or 8 hours (all day.) Bike #2 was amazing, bike #21 sporadically worked and usually didn’t work when you needed it most, which was uphill. We told the hotel about the issue when we got back and they very kindly discounted the rental cost.|We opted to get a room that had a view of the garden and not the lake, without regret since we did not spend much time in the room during the day when you could see out anyway. The room was a usual fairly tight space for Europe, but nice and perfect for us. The bed was firm, which I liked but some might not. You could not adjust the temperature in the room yourself and have to call the front desk to change it. |The staff is amazing. The view from the breakfast area and the foyer/lounge was absolutely stunning during the day. There is a spa/indoor pool for €20 per person per day that we considered but ended up not doing it. We saw people going in the morning since the views were stunning from the spa which semi-jutted out onto the lake.|The breakfast (€20 per person per day, I think) was nice, with fresh juice (especially the orange juice machine), individually brewed espresso machines, smoked trout, scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, and other typical continental breakfast fair.
