Worse experience! The first day they claimed that the address is wrong while I was home and received many packages by this address. Today I was home waiting for my package, in the website they claimed that they delivered but no one called and there's no package in the building. I will definitely follow up on this. If I loose my package they should pay for that.

I don't know how something like this can exist as a service. Had several items ordered. They were not capable of delivering the item to Le Hohwald, claiming the address was incorrect, even though I posted exact google link to my address in instructions and was available for instructions. Other item was delivered to my work address, when I said that I will call my colleague to pick it up, they said that they do not have time to wait 5 min and dropped the line.

Almost three weeks now they cannot come and pick up a parcel for international (within EU) delivery. They even argued with me that MY address was wrong … And when you attempt to contact them by their WhatsApp chat - they never respond, despite claiming they will do so within maximum of 4 hours. Easily the worst delivery company that I have ever come across. Despite their response how to reach them, they NEVER respond, it’s completely useless.

Update: Still the absolute worst delivery company in France. Just received notification that delivery failed--yet was NEVER attempted. It's now scheduled for delivery to the nearest Pick-up Point. What a joke of a company. Do the world a favor and file for bankruptcy already. Driver failed to even attempt to deliver the package twice. No calls. No using the doorbell. I work from home so it’s impossible I wasn’t there both times. The driver also didn’t leave a DPD delivery attempt in our mailbox. The website and tracking number didn’t work so I had to call their customer service to have a second attempt made. Then the second delivery attempt “failed” and I had to have it sent to the DPD agency—no pointe de relais. The DPD agency is located an hour north of downtown Strasbourg. In short, I would never use their service again. The customer service folks were the only bright spot in a miserable experience.

If I could put them zero, I would do it with no doubt. They are the worst service. Always canceling delivery, lying about not finding the address or not finding anybody even though it is obvious they didn't pass. They lied saying that it was me who changed the delivery date and when they finally come, they left the boxes doesn't matter where and lied saying that I received them directly but even though I am always at home, they didn't ring. Terrible service, even if It would be free, it would be expensive for its quality.

No call, no show. Only sent a sms to inform me ' you are absent'. The fact is I was waiting at home just for this delivery. It's the third time. Bad service. Very unreliable.
