When the ticket reported it was unreadable, the barrier, the telephone service was unhelpful. The first person who answered hung up. The second took 5 minutes to understand the issue and raise the barrier.
Parking area is fine BUT we made a reservation about 1 hour before arriving, the QR code was mailed 4 hours after the reservation and therefore to late. We tried to contact them but after 15 minuites we gave up and ended up paying twice.
