The Hotel was ok. Clean room, the AC worked, which was very important. Front Desk man Kény was really professional, he helped a lot and gave good advice.

I had to book this last minute as my AirBnB canceled the day of check in. There were few options available. Hotel was in a decent location and serviceable. Good water pressure and temperature. Workable wifi but it dropped every so often. Bathroom could do with some renovation as there was no soap in the shower soap dispenser and the soap holder fell out of the wall. Given the price and quality, I felt the value did not match

We booked the Karaibes RESIDENCES. The room was nice and spacious and the view was beautiful, though it was annoying having to insert the room card into the slot to get power. And the closet and shower were a little annoying. Patio kitchen was something new and "different". Activating the WiFi was really tricky. Staff was helpful and some spoke English, and even arranged a taxi for us for some sight-seeing, but check in process was so slow and the paperwork was only in French and there was so much of it. Lots of restaurants in the area, but they don't open 'til mid-day, but there's a small store. Beaches, bus stop and hiking nearby. So location was A+. However, I deducted one star as we had roaches in our room on two different nights and toiletries were limited and we also had no water on our last morning. They have jugs in the bathroom for such an event. And I think the breakfast should cost half of what they're charging. Booking and finding the place was an abdolute nightmare though. I booked through a third party site, and the automated e-mail requesting additional payment or I'll lose my reservation gave me a real scare. I've NEVER seen anything like that while booking a hotel. It wasn't so much the policy itself that was suspicious, but the fact that that fee wouldn't be included in the price I already paid. I attempted to make the payment, but when it wasn't going through, I thought it was a phishing scam and almost canceled my cards and my entire trip. I was legit freaking out that we would arrive on the island and have no room. I e-mailed the hotel inquiring about this and was told to ignore the e-mail. It would have been nice for the booking site to state that this fee is already included in the payment and to ignore the automated e-mail. But I don't know why the e-mail went out in the first place. Personally, I would suggest just playing it safe and contact the property to make sure your room is 100% secured and payed for. But my biggest complaint is th

The hotel is okay, they provide breakfast in the morning. However the internet sucks, it does not work in the rooms, even if you are outside or downstairs the wifi doesn't work well. The receptionist stated to have wifi in the room you have to. Also if you want a fridge in your room, you have to pay a daily fee extra.

I definitely do not recommend this accommodation. They advertise free reservation. Payment was supposed to be made upon arrival. Nevertheless, they immediately and unauthorized deducted half of the accommodation price from my card. I immediately canceled the reservation. Despite several reminders, the money has not yet been released back to me. I consider the operator's approach to be very unprofessional, and I am very glad that I will not spend my vacation with them.

We have only stayed in the hotel for one night. The room and bathroom was quite small but clean and enough for short stopover, The breakfast selection is ok, but you can as well go outside and have a nice meal in town, The staff was nice, but check in took quite long. The only real problem was morning hussle downstairs as our windows were facing a small parking lot. They woke up at 6 am which is not what you need on your holidays :)

The experience was great! The room was very clean and there is daily maid service. Breakfast could have had more variety but i guess for the price I can't complain. Location is safe and tourist friendly. There are many restaurants and a casino in walking distance. Will definitely be back !
