Rooms are good and surprisingly b d is really comfortable. Only issue is bad odours in the bar room, lift and common area. Location is not better but not worst. There are buses in 800 meters to go train stations near by. Staffs are really friendly. So I. This area this is one option with this price.

The room had obviously not been serviced, with dirty towels on the bathroom floor and the bed unmade with old sheets. |When I brought this to reception's attention they very quickly sorted the sheets and towels, but left the human hair on the floor. |When I then tried to enter the room my key did not work, and all of my luggage was in there , fast forward hour an hour later we got in via an adjoining door ( lock still broken) |On returning the following day the man on reception was rude and not very helpful when I asked had the door been fixed .

We are leaving Paris and my husband’s company booked us into this hotel for 5 nights. There’s not a lot of positive I can say about this place. The best I can do is say they have a great coffee machine. Plus they appear to be eco-friendly by recycling. |Although they do have parking underground it’s very inconvenient. The air conditioner was broken but nothing was mentioned when we checked into the hotel. The curtains and chairs had lots of stains. The particle board around the bathtub was chipping. |It’s not really conveniently located. Hardly any restaurants are near. |All in all I’d say find some else.

Hotel was good, a bit far from centre, and a big minus for location is the traffic in the morning. Advantage of having a small kitchen and appliances in the room. Bit strange the set up of toilet & bathroom being located relatively far away in the room, like in the opposite side. Reception desk very helpful & friendly

Family room # 407: ||Water flaque on floor upon arrival.||Bed on Coach not prepared. Dusty cupboards.||Room never cleaned during our whole stay!||Only two big towels for four guest. not coffee or the caps available.||Garage door deffect was never fixed during our stay. We were obliged to go back to frontdesk each time to get the door openned. Frontdesk never offered a Discount for this inconvenience. I would not recommend this Hotel.

A simple quite hotel in the Parisian suburb of Chatou. This charming place is bit of a walk from the train station but worth it. The room was big and clean, staff friendly and helpful, the facility was neat and quite. For me this is what I want from a hotel. Thank you for making my visit a pleasure.

This hotel is clean and represents good value for money. It's in a nice quiet area, but it's a little far from the RER. Great Wi-Fi (36Mbps). Breakfast is adequate but limited. Beds are comfortable, rooms have the space you'd expect.

I was cycling towards Paris, and needed a stop over near enough but far enough out. It also had to provide secure bicycle storage. The Cerise at Chatou was all of these things. I got a good welcome, was quickly sorted out with my room, as I had booked in advance. My bicycle was to be stored in the basement, which they very kindly let me take it down in the lift. The room was pleasant, light and airy. There was very little traffic noise. but it was a Friday evening. Breakfast in the morning was excellent - a wide variety of items in a buffet style.
