Horrible- when you stay this brand you expect budget but not dangerous! The room we had had no dead bolt so we used the chair to keep us safe.

Absolutely Horrible – Avoid at All CostsStaying at Première Classe Hotel Paris – Le Blanc Mesnil was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. First off, the staff is beyond rude , not just unhelpful, but disrespectful, with zero regard for basic customer service. It genuinely feels like you're bothering them just by existing.The cleanliness is non-existent. The rooms are filthy, the bathrooms are disgusting, and don’t expect any kind of hygiene standards to be followed. You’re literally paying for a bed and a toilet, that’s it. And even that’s questionable.It’s like a scam in daylight: no service, no care, no accountability. The attitude seems to be: “you got what you got” and if by miracle your room is clean, you should consider yourself lucky. That shouldn’t even be something to gamble on.This hotel should NOT be advertised on any booking platform. It’s mediocre, unhygienic, and disrespectful to guests. Save your time, money, and dignity, book anywhere else.

It's been a few years ago I was in that hotel but not in this location, it was in villepinte, close to Airport CDG Paris, for 7 nights, I was fantastic, every time return from outside room is completely ready like first day! Heater enough! Compare to the other hotel room prices are super cheaper! Enjoyed a lot! Nowadays it's getting harder to find this hotel in preferences location.

This hotel is disgusting and should be closed immediately. I'm actually astonished that this is allowed to operate in Europe. Its so dirty and the smell of cigarettes in the room was unbearable; just after a few minutes, I started to get a headache. We immediately left to find somewhere different to stay for our weekend in France. Don't book this even if it is cheap. 🤮🤮🤮

First class? Maybe you meant last class? Avoid at all costs. Conditions are terrible. Denied refund request, had to book another hotel as this one do not meet any hygiene norms.

So we only came here for a night and we got a double room to stay in. In the pictures, of course we were not expecting this. There are no bathroom products besides some towel and tissue, none of the other amenities as mentioned on the website. The floors have sink and toilet had major stains, even the toilet did not flush properly. I have stayed in 2/3 star hotels before and they have provided the minimum. This has not, whatsoever. Please improve your hygiene and cleanliness so people can actually want to consider coming back, doesn't leave a good impression of the area.

This is got to be the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. The staff who were supposed to speak English didn’t. The room is fine. The bathroom, however, is disgusting. I’ve been on cruise ships with bigger showers than the one that is here. The location is absolutely horrifying. I do not recommend this hotel or this area to anyone. The sink in the bathroom takes 20 minutes to drain. I’m hoping that staying in the toilet is rust.

Small room with an old feel. For the price I paid (€33), it’s actually good value for money. Sure, the air conditioning didn’t work and the hotel isn’t amazing, but for €33 near Paris, it’s definitely worth considering. It’s very budget-friendly for the location. About 30 minutes from central Paris with the RER B. The hotel isn’t great, but at that price, there’s really not much to complain about.
