Really worth to go....instead of center Lyon heavy traffic, paying parking, paying....wc in mall , you get to a big operation of many shops , sane place, easy parking, easy choisingvand competitive prices . Just ....a small remark , the Lindt beautiful design , nice shop .....so dirty entry ? A shame

Shopping &The VIP lounge is an amazing idea, the staff are super friendly and welcoming, a huge hit with my sons who get tired from shopping they were able to enjoy a relax on the chairs while having some snacks .. actually made a very big difference to my shopping experience, to be able to drop off shopping, and have a break with two children. I think you need to accumulate 1000 points but it’s worth it. :).

We had a great day at the Village Outlet, easily 7-8 hours. There's a comprehensive variety of shops, with many of the key brands (both on the middle and higher end), so there's something for everyone. Outlet prices are rather compelling at most shops. A good tip would be to shortlist items first and make an entire round across all shops before making an informed purchase, to ensure you've gotten the best deal possible across all stores. It's a short 1.4km walk to and from the train station, which is more predictable. Do note that the train towards Lyon city centre is hourly, so time your departure from the outlet accordingly.

Great outlet, one of the best I have been to so far. It’s pretty small for an outlet but had a lot of good options for winter clothes and ski clothes in particular. They have an interactive map stands and a lot of places to seat. There is a big food court as well. Commute form Lyon is not super convenient (it’s a 20 mins walk from the station if you don’t have a car) but it’s expected for an outlet

All what I needed, Kusmi Tea, L'oreal, Calvin Klein and Ralph Laurent. The retaurats becaume so crowded during the lunch time. You would better be there a little earlier to find a place. The location is great and there are enough parking spots both outside and inside.

I am very disappointed with my experience at The Village Outlet. In December 2025, I purchased a handbag that arrived with a defect. I returned the item as instructed, but I still have not received my refund. Every time I contact the customer service, I am told that they will “check and get back to me”, but nothing ever happens. There has been no resolution and no clear communication regarding my refund. This situation has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better customer service and accountability. I would not recommend buying from them!!

Very nice and big outlet shopping place, about 40 minutes from Lyon center by train , they have many good brands, coffee shops and restaurants, the prices are very reasonable..it does worth a visit.

Amazing shopping mall! Overpriced and impractical. My young adult daughter only found one store with somewhat reasonably-priced clothing. The fountain show with music was beautiful and the mall is clean and gorgeous.
