My partner was referred by his GP to Dr Challali to get a medical expert opinion and recommendations for his persistent inner weakness and pain around the left groin. Very bad experience... After 30 minutes of waiting, the Dr was not welcoming even became rude by watching his phone screen and answering phone call in front of my partner during the medical visit. The Dr didn't review in details the medical records and history of my partner's long-term back problems, while my partner brought everything including imageries and tried to explain him the pain. The Dr was not listening and not diligent to perform a dept medical examination. He just told my partner straight away that the problem was not the back but the hip and prescribed him another MRI without additional recommendations regarding practising sport and other life habits. The Dr's assessment was not professional and not holistic as you can expect from a medical specialist, he ignored the history of back problems with previous discal surgery, other pain locations in the upper back, neck and shoulder. Last but not least the Dr's approach was not human obviously.

I felt confident with Dr Challali and his assessment of my problem. He was very busy so it would have been good to have an extra 5 mins discussion.

Consultation au pas de charge, moins de 5 minutes chrono ! Ne s’appuie même pas sur le questionnaire à remplir avant le rendez-vous, pourtant très précis sur les antécédents, les douleurs ressenties et les conséquences sur votre vie familiale et sociale. Visionnage express du CD de l’ IRM. Zéro examen physique du dos. Médecin désagréable, indifférent et pressé d’en finir. Extrêmement déçue et choquée. 95 euros dépensés pour rien ! En revanche, bon accueil au secrétariat.

Je me suis fait opérer d'une hernie discale par endoscopie, un vrai soulagement et une super convalescence. Prise en charge rapide, opération rapide et résultats efficace dès le réveil. Super suivie en post opération, équipe à l'écoute et disponible. Merci au Dr Challali et à son équipe.

1 pour ne pas mettre 0 Catastrophique. N’est pas capable avec un compte rendu d’irm et les images ( hors CD) de faire un premier diagnostic pour 95€ c’est très cher payé. Donc il annule la consultation quand vous êtes au cabinet même s’il ne vous a jamais encore rencontré ! Évidemment c’est le seul à travailler
