Excellent service, communicated with them from Australia and was provided with 2 excellent bikes when in France. Initial emails had a few days before a response was received but always received a response and all was organised exactly as requested and quoted. Staff were very friendly and we had good fun trying out our French and English together.
Very nice store and very kind People working here!! Visiting from Canada, they spoke English and helped us to find what we were looking for. We recommend a stop here, that will make your day! 👍

J’ai récupéré mon vélo Bianchi Gravel équipé de ses nouvelles roues Campagnolo Bora. Comme toujours accueil et service au top. Nous sommes vraiment chanceux d’avoir un tel magasin sur Louviers avec un choix de vélo vraiment important.
