We visited this resort last May 2025 and we enjoyed the beautiful position. Super close to the sea and romantic little beaches. The negative part is that there's no attention for gluten or any other food intolerance/allergies. I have to eat gluten free. The buffet doesn't show the ingredients (not even the main ones) of the food displayed.. so you might even not know what you are taking. I asked the cooks many times about the ingredients and what food I could have chosen but rarely got any answers. I had to guess and try them myself. However also the people who can eat everything were struggling when choosing the food because sometimes they had no idea about what it was. My review is from last year's experience: I hope that now this has improved. The food was overall good even though we found better quality at the Corse Belambra in Propriano. The pool was very nice and the water was warm. Our rooms were very nice and just renovated: we took two rooms that had a shared place with the bathroom (bathroom divided into 2 places: one with the sink and the other one with just the toilet). From the balcony you could admire the sea. Between meals it was useful to have an open bar/cafe to visit (not included in the cost). Overall it's a very good solution; just annoyed with how poorly they managed the dietary requirements.
All-in-all, a factory designed to churn out corporate events and getaways at a high rate as cheaply as possible, with little efforts made to actually create a pleasant guest experience. Bad rooms, feels like low end summer camp dorms or military barracks that clearly saw better days 30 years ago - doors, fixtures, etc are very worn out and have seemingly never been replaced. Beds covered in "institutional-grade" bed sheets for hospitals or prisons, not comfort. Zero amenities, not even a water boiler in the room. The staff is condescending and rude, treating guests like a nuisance and talking down to them like children. Lots of being brusquely bossed about, furthering the children’s summer camp atmosphere. On various occasions we had staff run over yelling at a friend who was standing next to a no-entry door while talking to us, in case he might be considering trying to use it; a kitchen worker get angry at me for not knowing the name of a dessert and later take a glass out of my hand as I was drinking because he needed us to vacate the table. The (single) bar seems to open and close at random in small windows, rather than staying open as one would expect at a hotel. And special mention to the barman who snapped at me for daring to order a drink not on the menu, although his supervisor had served me one just prior. Food was mostly frozen industrial grade stuff recently thawed out and invariably overcooked. The one thing that might be said about the place is a pleasant location and beautiful view - but the staff can in no way be credited with either, and on the coastline that’s hardly a big differentiator from anywhere else.
Writing a detailed review so you know what you can expect. Pros: cheaper than club med, food can be on and off but overall was very decent, lovely staff including Tatiana the fitness teacher, Cons: if you go for standard, you get a very very small room. The bathroom is 1.5sqm tops. The facilities are really dated. Only one room has AC meaning its really horrible for the other ones. Some people got unlucky and were next to the bar/terrace and got lots and lots of noise at night. Also they don't clean rooms or change towels etc. Only once half way through the trip. Convenient access from Gare d Hyeres. 20min car ride. Although finding taxis is hard. Most importantly the club closes on Saturday 1st September for the season meaning guests are kicked out at 12pm tops. This was scandalous as the gentleman agreement is that you get to stay around for a few hours until you need to leave for your train/flight. Here they close all the facilities, you need to empty the room by 10am and you have access to nothing after that. You cant even stay on the terrace and purchase a snack/drink. We were never told that. Also there is one beach only but its really not a nice one. It has lots of algae etc and the sand is more tiny rocks than sand. If you intend to enjoy the beach with your little one this is not the place. The criques are of course super pretty but not accessible for small kids, unless you carry them. So forget about it if you have prams etc. Your kids will only enjoy the pool. The pool is nice but maybe it was broke the week were there, it was not sufficiently heated and all kids and parents were frozen. Finally view from the restaurant is nice but beware of wasps. There are tons of them and not sure the staff if doing anything about it by putting products etc. 4 kids got bitten in 2 days at the mini club..
Very disappointed by this club. We spent close to 900 usd for 2 nights (family of 2 adults and 2 babies). The rooms are tiny, the bathroom could fit only 1 person and very old. Mattress are not comfortable, and only 1 bedroom has AC that makes the second bedroom almost impossible to sleep. But I think the worse part was the food. Very simple food (pasta, rice) but not well cooked. And the glasses, plates, cutlery were dirty. For the good part, the location and the site are beautiful with a nice view on Porquerolles. The staff was friendly. But I will not come back, for the price we could have found a better place.
The pool is beautiful and beaches are very nice. The rooms, however, are quite basic and very far from a 4 star hotel standard. Tiny bathroom, tiny toilet, and poorly decorated. The food at the buffet is good, with lots of variety.
Great place for a family vacation. Unique location with wild beach access. Food is ok, but if your stay 2 weeks, you’ll get same menu. Special thanks to Stéphane and Tim at the kids swimming section, who have made a great job teaching our son to swim
The location is amazing, no cars, costal path, surrounded by the blue sea, coves, pine trees and vegetation. It feels like they are milking it a bit. Room poorly sound proofed (but good airco, amazing view). Staff overworked. Food court very poor, crammed, my Fitbit logged diner as walking. Only 1 water fountain for hundreds of guests, queues and crowds everywhere. Childcare so so, not always pleasant. Very little in terms of activities included, no bikes, the sailing club has shut down, they refer you to another place nearby
Restaurant view is amazing. Swimming pool is nice. Some activities available all day : fitness, ping pong, babyfoot, tennis, beach volley, boat tour, ... walks. But the rooms are old, even in vip and no kitchen. There is no real beach with sand there. You have to walk about 30min to find a beach. If you are not looking to play on the beach with your kids, this is the place for you.
