Convenient for the location between the Bandol station and the marina/town. Staff is not the friendliest compared to other countries...for the price. Rooms were very clean but tiny bathroom as well.

This hotel is in a lovely quiet location, really great value budget hotel. It does not have any parking but there is a convenient public car park a couple of minutes walk away, 9.50 euros for 24 hours parking. The bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance with a great choice of prices available. We went out of season so the restaurant at the hotel was not open, nor was the bar but the very friendly helpful staff were happy to do a bar service when we requested it. The bed was very comfortable, the room has no hairdryer but you can obtain one from reception. We stayed at the hotel for Paul Ricard race circuit which is approx 20/25 minutes drive away and easy to reach.||The staff were extremely welcoming, fridendly and helpful and we would stay here again without hesitation.

I was happy with my stay at Le Bell Ombre. It's an easy walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk either to town or to the most magnificent beach called Renécros. Rooms are decent, clean, and air conditioned (only 13 of the 20 so make sure you reserve one of the air conditioned ones during hot weather). Breakfast was ok, but would have preferred more savory choices. Definitely worth the price.

Absolutely wonderful! Helpful smiling staff and quaint little duplex rooms with sea view at a minute's walk to the best beach around and all the restaurants. The breakfast is beautiful. Merveilleux!

Where do I start, this hotel is down a narrow street with absolutely no parking. The woman at the desk was so unpleasant that we nearly left but we would have been charged for our room, so we reluctantly stayed. We were given an attic room with no A/C -- up a rickety 2 flights of stairs (no elevator) -- tiny room, tiny bathroom and 1 tiny window. We saw all the endorsements on the wall and were surprised because it isn't tastefully decorated, warm or inviting -- as I mentioned the woman who took our money was extremely rude, warning us about the 50 euro fine for not returning your key to the front desk. After we checked out she came out to the street to ask about they key I left on her mousepad because she was nowhere to be found (waited for 15 minutes). It isn't close to the beach and isn't in a terribly scenic part of town.||||I would not recommend this hotel at all.

We just stayed at the Bel ombra hotel in Bandol for six days.... The lady owner could not be more helpful.... Nothing was too much. I would say if you are staying at this hotel upgrade to a better class room .... It is so worth it .. Breakfast .... Good.... Not really a bar... That you would think but adequate for a drink . The owner even run us to the station to get our train back to Marseille... For our connection home. Would definately stay Again

Situated in a good location if you want to visit Bandol this hotel is clean simple and honest. Our room was lovely and had a really high ceiling. Everything was comfortable and with its location the best beach in Bandol is walkable in 10 minutes.

This place is a little bizzare. The decor isnt anything that I could catagorize. However, it was clean and convinient. We had a room with a loft ...in otherwords very spacious if you have a family. I would only stay here again in a pinch though.
