I did not speak French and the server accommodated me very politely and was very kind. I ordered the menu of the day which was fish soup, hake with risotto, and crème brûlée and everything was beautiful, large amounts, and so delicious. Highly recommended!!

The food was delicious and the service was great! One of my favorite meals yet

Fantastic. I had grilled gambas with risotto which was perfect on a cold winter evening. This was preceded by a seasonal ravioli as my appetizer. We were tickled by the pine cone mousse de chocolat. It was worth the walk in the cold and the money. A great holiday treat.

Michelin recommended right next to the beach. I sat down and expected an expensive and simple salad, I soon realized this place is a pearl. The location is superb, the service is excellent and the food is exquisite. We ate here 3 days a row. The tempo is high and the food is fast but extremely well done. This place deserves the recommendations from Michelin. I highly recommend the baked pie and the chef salad for starter.. Oh man that was an experience. The kids menu is super tasty, those kids sausages have lots of flavor and the green beans taste superb.

Restaurant Chez Pierre is a wonderful restaurant. It is a pity that everywhere it is advertised along with the Café de la Plage, which we did not visit. Because of this, it is not possible to give the restaurant and cafe separate objective reviews. I'm only talking about the restaurant. We first visited it in 2011 and remembered all these years. In September 2022 we were back in Arcachon and visited Chez Pierre 5 times. He got even better. All dishes are very tasty, especially pigeon and tuna. Great service, good wine selection.

Everything was great about this place except that it took a really long time to get the waiter to bring our check when we had finished our meal. Wwe probably would have ordered a coffee as well, if it had bot taken so long for them to come afterwards. But, it was a very busy day, so I can't really fault the server. Overall, great atmosphere and great environment and the food was also fantastic!

Very quick service. Staff were very polite. Steak was a little chewy and fatty. But seafood, wine and desserts were great. Plus great view of the ocean

Recommended by the tourist office and was not disappointed. Location cannot get any better, fantastic service and oysters. Impressive selection of cold seafood all served in a generous tray of ice Cooked food was slightly hit and miss, the sole was beautiful but the sauce/flavouring of scallops were not my favourite. It is also a bit pricy hence 4 not 5 stars. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back when in Arcachon.
