From the front desk until the restaurant, the impression was of really welcome. Congrats to all staff and personnel, unfortunately I don’t remember their names but, they are really impressive. They are really happy to do their job. Hard to find in our days. Bravo!|The rest is epic. Clean, full of facilities and the view complete the scene. But the staff is a joy!

For the price we paid, we were expecting something a bit nicer than what we got. The accommodations were just okay—nothing special. The biggest issue came on our second night when we needed two extra shower towels. My husband went to the front desk to ask, and unfortunately, he was met with a rude employee who acted like we were a burden and told him we should have brought our own towels because the club “isn’t a hotel.” That interaction definitely left a bad impression. On a positive note, the waiters and cleaning staff at the restaurant were absolutely lovely—super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They really stood out and made our experience better. Overall, it was an okay visit, but we likely won’t be returning.

For the price you pay they should really work on few things. First of all, cleanliness. During our 9 days stay, the room wasn't cleaned once! They only came once to change our sheets but didn't sweep the floor so if you have a dust allergy, better skip this place. Overall the whole place is run down and not well maintained with rusty heaters, no AC and stains on the ceiling. The place resembles a students dorm rather than a pricey hotel. The only positive things I have to highlight is the friendly staff, the ocean view and the location, right next to the beach. Breakfast and dinner were good, they also offer a corner with a variety of baby food. The entertainment is also ok, with different activities throughout the day for kids and adults. There is also a kids club with friendly staff.

We spent 5 nights, the stay was very enjoyable. Great location. Premium room with view on the ocean was clean and very nice albeit not very spacious. Breakfast and dinner was great with lots of variety and choice. Kids club with new activities every day and evening. Pleasant bar area and terraces. Price / quality good, of course it's not the high season yet :). Overall really really nice 👌🤩 .

Location is superb, with great surf beaches close to the club. Ocean views are great. The biggest issue is really the insufficient cleaning, rooms were simply dirty when we came in (sand on the floor, cleaning not done). There is no cleaning during the whole stay, no one comes to the rooms. Sheets and beds do not smell good. The club mentionned towels to be replaced during the stay, it is only once in the week. Really really big issue of cleaning everywhere in the common dining areas etc. This is something to really address by the management of this club, as it's killing the whole experience.

The location is great., but definitely NOT a four star hotel. Maybe a 2 star at best. The beach isn’t too busy for August and there’s literally surfing right outside the hotel. The ocean view is great even on the first floor, but the room windows are really low and small, I fell like I’m in a basement suite. I would rate this hotel a 2 star at best. And that’s being generous. Everywhere is really dirty and run down. The only time I’ve seen staff is in the restaurant and the shows at night. Everywhere is dirty and unkept. I haven’t seen one housekeeping person yet. On the way to our room, the Viynl flooring is coming apart and causing tripping hazards. The hotel is really dirty and unkept. They have kids club and shows but the show are really bad. My 12yo walked out on the pirate show tonight after 10mins. I was looking forward to staying here but I am extremely dissatisfied and won’t be staying here again.

Excellent location. You can check the waves from your bedroom. You can walk everywhere from the place. Very friendly staff. Great support from the maintenance people. Food this year was disappointing (mainly salads with mixes of leftovers), used to be better.

The place is a bit dated, but we had a great time here the food was good, we loved those wine taps :) and the kids were safe to roam around the place. Staff can get a bit grumpy when they are under pressure ☺️
