I’ve lived in Montélimar for over 15 years and this is my absolute favorite nougat shop. The quality is superior to other offerings in town. I love how it’s beautifully situated on the Allées Provençales. The family owned feeling is welcoming and comfortable. My personal favorite is their cranberry nougat but honestly I love everything they offer. Visiting their little nougat making facility is an informative and fun experience. I highly recommend !!

We went as a group of 9 persons to visit the manufacturing shop, it was great, the samples to taste were very good and we felt the amazing artisan quality. For half an hour we had the pleasure to discover each stage on how to make the nougat. The person giving us the explanations was answering all our questions and was very nice. I recommend it for sure and of course, we visited the shop afterwards because it was hard to pas on such great sweets.

Great artisanal nougat shop, the workshop is just out back. Very helpful staff. Their premium nougat is made with local honey and almonds. They even have a nougat beer made for them by a microbrewer in Ardèche, using their nougat of course.

Bon, pour Nougart, Montélimar est une institution mondiale ; pour moi, mon chemin me mène toujours à L'Artisan. Ça peut paraître un peu théâtral, mais c'est une véritable institution. À de délicieux moments ! – Isabelle Achone

De retour de vacances je fais mon détour habituel pour passer au centre ville de Montélimar. J'avais l'habitude d'aller toujours dans la même boutique mais cette fois ci elle était fermée. Mais coup de chance quelques mètres plus loin je découvre un autre magasin qui lui est ouvert et j'y entre. Après avoir regardé les différentes variétés de nougats j'ai droit à une dégustation. Mon choix se porte sur les sachets de nougats Premium en 1kg. J'en prends 3 et aussi quelques pots de miel de lavande. De retour à la maison j'en ai fait profiter toute la famille qui a comme moi validée cet excellent choix Ils très bon voir meilleurs que ceux que je prenais précédemment. J'y retournerais.
