Beautiful building and garden, the new mayor is doing well for the city, and the staff are always looking for ways to make it environmentally friendly and green.
The staff is welcoming so far. Depending on the service you're looking for, the waiting might be very long even if you have an appointment. You need reservation for most of the services (you need to be on time, but they will not), so please check online before going.
