The 6kg parcel I waited for was sent to the point relais instead of being delivered to my home. By phone I was told that "I was unavailable" which is not true, I was waiting at home and no one called by interphone neither by mobile phone
My parcel was deliver to a different spot that the one I selected. Before this the delivery man did not contact me when trying to deliver the package directly to me.

The worst service ever where almost everything gets lost and make it impossible contact. Never use this company. Would give no stars if I could.
