Nice office with helpful staff. A young man advised us on T1 bus to Biarrirtz beach. His advice was friendly and professional.

We visited Bayonne and we recieved help from Maïa at the tourism centre. Her English was amazing, which was good as sadly my French is limited. She recommended some great places to visit in the city and different activities to do, as she knows the city by heart, being a local person. Highly recommended!

We took 2 tours with the guide Isabella during the chocolate festival: one on the history of chocolate making in Bayonne and one on the Jewish historical heritage of Bayonne. We are not French speakers, but we learned a lot in both tours with the help of Google translate. Isabella provided so much good information and answered all questions well.

We visited Bayonne with the help of Maïa, whose English was amazing and who had wonderful comments to add to the visit of the city as she knows it by heart. Highly recommend!

Generally they should be good, but personally I have had a very bad experience there There is public wifi and tablets to use. There are maps for city buses, and good parking spot. The staff and the management are very poor, although they do speak poor English.

Supportive personal. Willing to find a solution for you. The office thinks too much on Bayonne. For the tourists, you come for the 3 towns and even the coastal region. And the CO2 reducing tourism search for bike paths through the 3 cities. Those paths exist but not shown on a map. For going to the beach, off road bike lanes or small recidential streets are nice to have but the tourists have no idea which to choose.
