We had a fantastic experience here thanks to the sommelier Ludovic. We walked in just for a glass as it was by our hotel, and we ended up being led on a guided tasting through three of their best champagnes. An unexpected and highly personal experience - his passion and expertise is clear, and he even guided us on how chocolate and cheese can be used to elevate the taste of different champagnes. It was a real highlight of the holiday for us, strongly recommend popping in for a glass when it is open.

What a way to start not only the day, but our first time in Épernay! Meggy greeted us right away and showed us to our beautifully dressed table. The sommelier Ludovic then took over for the tasting, explaining the heritage of the house, how champagne is made, and answered all my questions. My husband and I learned a lot about the different kinds of champagne, as well as which kind we like. The cheese was delicious and really added to the champagne tasting, and the Easter chocolates were an extra bonus. We were able to ship champagne back to the states as well as walk away with some - the bottles are priced extremely well. I really look forward to sharing some of these bottles with friends so they will be encouraged to visit your lovely tasting room!

Incredible experience. We were incredibly well looked after by Ludovic, who had such a passion and wealth of knowledge for all the Pierre Mignon Champagnes, and the history of the region. Give yourself plenty of time to relax and enjoy the experience. The charcuterie board is very decadent, and the elements pair amazingly with the different champagnes. We indulged for nearly 4 hours here, a phenomenal day, and plenty of knowledge shared!!

We had a great time tasting and chatting with sommelier Ludovic. Be aware that family owned champagne houses like Pierre Mignon offer amazing Champagnes, don’t always go for the big marketing brands! We love the tasting and the Champagnes of Pierre Mignon.

Loved this place! Our tour guide took us here for lunch between champagne tours. Honestly, the champagne here was better than the big name one we visited after lunch. Quiant and boutique-y, we sampled 4 of their bottles and each one was a delight. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and paired each with an appropriate food.

Excellent champagne with a wide range of tasting options in a nice setting not far off the Avenue de Champagne. Ludovic is a very experienced sommelier and he’ll tell you everything you’d ever want to know on there champagnes. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience! We tasted 5 different amazing Champagnes, learned the history of Pierre Mignon, learned the harmonisation of some champagnes with cheese, and had lots of fun!

It’s is really amazing experience! Champagne tastes like heaven, the food plate is build exactly to meet the drink. Totally recommend!
