Absolutely perfect. Staff are so kind and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was leisurely and delicious on the beautiful patio. Location walkable and perfect. Very good value for money. A trip highlight.
Super hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable… great breakfast. Couldn’t be happier! Huge contrast with ibis budget ( almost same price) that was a nightmare. This hotel du Parc is charming and welcoming. Bravo. We will be back.
This is a hotel in a substantial 'Grande Maison', with winding stairs and comfortable rooms. The bathrooms are modern and well designed. There is no lift. There is a nice lounge and the sunny terrace with a fountain is perfect for a picnic lunch. The staff are very polite and helpful for ordering taxis etc. the view over the park and mountains from the attic rooms is great.
Stayed two nights on a tour (booked by tour agent). The hotel is well located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. My room (24) was reasonably quiet. There is no elevator - in order to reach my room I had to climb two flights of stairs, go through a couple of doors and then walk down a half flight of stairs - not at all convenient with luggage.|The room had been renovated and was clean. No electric kettle or safe. Sufficient number of power jacks. A/C worked well. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bedding consisted of bottom sheet and duvet/comforter (the latter way too warm in July), no top sheet.|Bathroom with everything in working order. Good water pressure in the shower.|Wifi worked well.|Breakfast buffet with good selection.
We much enjoyed our one-night stay here. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable with all we needed. It was on the second floor and there is no lift, but we were ok with that. Breakfast was good. Very conveniently sited for the station, restaurants, shops, tourist office, and the old quarter.
The hotel is an old mansion renovated with decent rooms. The view of the Roman Arches nearby gives a special feeling. The absence of an elevator is the only drawback I have seen as it could be a bit difficult for those with heavy luggage and who are aged. The breakfast served is nice and in a nice ambience. The rooms have only European sockets and the staff is ready to provide you an international adaptor if you don't have one. Even though the windows are double glazed some amount of street noice creeps in so better to use ear plugs if you have sensitive sleep.
Our second stay at this hotel. Clean, comfortable, well-located and importantly, delightful, friendly and helpful staff. Shower was terrific which was very welcome after cycling all day. Extensive and varied options for breakfast. Highly recommended.
Nice small hotel, was some sort of manor house. Friendly reception, nice breakfast at a reasonable price. Has no elevator for upper floors. Rooms are fine and well equipped. Good beds and linen. Some spaces in underground parking, otherwise just outside opposite the hotel. Has a nice open space terrace between both buildings. All in all a nice 3 star hotel with a good price-performance ratio.
