The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. What impressed us most was their efficiency. Any time we requested something, it was provided almost immediately. Beyond just fulfilling requests, the team was proactive—whenever a minor issue arose, they offered practical solutions right away. It’s rare to find a service team this attentive and quick to act. They truly made our stay seamless and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone who values top-tier hospitality!
We booked through on the beach. Unfortunately they didn’t explain that the area is having a regeneration and there is a lot of roadworks, temporary boarding, and generally looks a bit like Spain tbh. It’s all very commutable though. Definitely a cheaper version of similar hotels closer to the centre. As with all cities it took 45-60 mins to get to the Eiffel Tower but by tram 20 minutes. Taxis were €15-20 each way but metro system €12 unlimited travel. Hotel itself. Fantastic. The hotel had everything needed. Even ironing board etc Their wifi was fantastic worked well. I was able to catch up on Netflix and emails. The gym was great. The sauna clean. I watch the cleaners meticulously clean every inch of the room next door. The shower was amazing pretty new but excellent power, no bidet required! It was brilliant. The bathroom was furnished well very clean and modern. The bed reasonable comfortable (I have a bad back and it didn’t cause issue) The window was HUGE perfect on a sunny hot day but also aircon. Both usb and c type charger holes. A hairdryer too. Could couldn’t ask for more. But as I say it wasn’t city centre it was realistically 30 minutes commute via car, 15 minutes by train/metro. The area was safe compared to the hot spots in central Paris. Overall fantastic short break wish we stayed longer!
We stayed here for 6 nights in February 2026, as part of our vacation in Paris. Firstly, on a positive start the staff were very friendly and kind throughout the entirety of our stay and welcomed us very warmly. They provided us with all the information we required on how to get around Paris and what would be the most cost effective way to get around. The room itself was spacious enough, with a comfortable double bed, and a decent sized bathroom. There was also a night stand, a dressing table, and a full sized mirror on the wall. The room was included with lots of amenities which included, a microwave, a fridge, an electric cooker, and a sink. Furthermore, the kitchen cabinets had cutlery, cups, glasses, and plates which was a nice touch. I have to mark the hotel down for cleanliness. Quite frankly, on our arrival, the room was very dusty and the worktops and cabinets had dust gathered on them. Also the floor did not look like it had been hoovered or mopped before our arrival. We were told by the receptionist that house-keeping only happens once a week on a Tuesday, and if you require additional house-keeping then there would be an additional charge. I thought this was unusual as I have never experienced this before at a hotel. Nevertheless, the housekeeping that was done in our room on Tuesday was unsatisfactory and below standards. On our arrival to the room, the floor was still messy and again it had not been mopped or hoovered. The worktop cabinets, the nightshade draw, and the dressing table was still dusty. And lastly the most concerning issue was the plates and glasses we used had not been washed and just left near the sink. I felt that was appalling. Additionally, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly, there was still marks around the sink and shower. The only things that had been done was the bed sheets and the duvets were changed, and new towels had been provided. Lastly, the location is a fair distance away from the main attractions in Paris
On arrival this building is surrounded by a building site. ||||We arrived early and was told check in was at 3, (2pm on the confirmation email) so we dropped our bags and went for a walk in the near by town. Arrived back at 3 to be told our room wasn't ready it's would be 15 mins. 15 mins came and went, no communication from staff sat right beside us. We waited for 2 hours, everytime we asked we were told 15 mins. When we eventually got to our room it wasn't the room we had booked. (Sofa bed instead of bunk beds) When I went down to reception they said they sent us to that room as we had been waiting so long, I said I don't mind waiting for the right room as teenage siblings don't want to share a bed, turns out the bunk bed room was double booked, that the we could have the largest room tomorrow. Why not just communicate this at the time! Too tired and hot to argue. ||||Next day repacked and popped bags in the reception. When arrived back we weren't in the room they had said we would have, (but this time did have bunk beds) it was small, the room seemed to be missing furniture. No bedside tables or lights on the double bed. Nowhere to put suitacses, just one small hanging space with 5 coat hangers, for a room for 4 people. We lived off the floor for our stay. The hotel seems to be sponsored by IKEA so surely they sell flat pack beside tables and lamps! Disabled light flashes all night, so like sleeping in a disco, but at least that makes up for the lack of bedside lights when stumbling across all the luggage to go to the loo at night!||||It seems communication is completely lacking on all aspects of this stay, one night young staff friendly and accommodating, a tray for glasses, ask what size wine etc, other nights rude staff, (to guests and and colleagues I noted), only serving beer in plastic, laughed at when ask for a large wine stating that they only do one size, note-wine glasses were glass, didn't open the drinks bottles, snapped at to bring them all back down
I rate the hotel 1/10 since the organization is completely meshed up. After a prix you pay you deserve minimum service at least. The housekeeping supposed to come only one a week also they miss it almost every time and the reception gives you weird reason. While finally house keeping passes by your room one day and they pretend to not speak French while I heard her speaking French on her phone on corridor , and she leaves room only doing bathroom not even clears up trash. Now there is Air conditioning malfunction which they never did anything about, beside serve Al complain I made they convience you that it should work because system was down and all. It makes water dripping noise which is quite annoying at night. After all they failed to fix , they don’t seems to provide you with alternative options. At the reception the guy with bush hair talks different each time for cleanliness and once I said if he realise what’s he up to, then he smiles and do nothing about it. Well they never seems to hear you, once he replied me yeah you are autonome , made me laugh but i told him well it’s not Airbnb either atleast I deserve to get my bin cleared that all full, and change bed sheets
Hotel Very Los 3 night I slept a room for the disabled that was very bad. There is no climate, the board for the disabled in Tuskabini Polled there is no where to stop, 3 days nobody entered to change the sandwiches and set the bed. I would not recommend a very bad experience to anyone. My grade "0"
Stayed at this hotel for one month and it started to feel like home from home. Will highly recommend it if you need a place to stay around this area. Going to miss the staff!
Newer hotel. The staff was wonderful, the hotel was clean and quiet. Five minute walk to the train station. Restaurant was wonderful however it was not open on the weekends. Private and secure parking. I would definitely recommend.
