My vinted package has been stuck here for 11 DAYS. It was supposed to arrive on December 26th. If I don't get my package soon I'll have to file a claim that will most likely not be resolved. Update: it's been there for 21 DAYS. 2nd Update: it's been there for 30 days. I have called the place and the company and nobody has answered the phone. 3rd Update: I never got my package..
My 3 expensive packages had been shipped from the south of france on 31/3. They traveles true france in just 2 days, until they arrived at the hub harness, wich is where the tracking was last updated 04/04. Ever since then silence. They is an investigation ongoing.. but i think i will just drive to the location (wich is actualy only 1h45min away from me..) and take whats mine :)

As per the tracking history, the parcel was shipped and taken over by your hub, but since then there has been no further movement or delivery update. This delay is unusually long and is causing serious inconvenience. My package (45068304) was stuck here for several weeks before finally being released, then got returned by the courier without a single attempt to deliver it. Now on the way back to the seller it has completely disappeared at this facility, now with no updates for over 3 months. Therefore the seller is ignoring my requests to refund my money (over 250 €). I don't know what is going on here but reading all the other reviews here it seems like packages 'disappear' here a lot. This place should be criminally investigated.
My package is stucked for 6 days at Hub Harnes, I ordered something from Vinted and I think it is stolen,what else could it be. Never again with this company. If I receive my item (which I doubt) I ll give an update here. But really this company is a joke. Update: Item arrived few days later than accpected, but in tracking app it still says that is in transit. So obviously tracking system is broken. Thats why I changed on 3 stars cause my package arrived in perfect shape only later and without possibility of tracking.
My package was supposed to be delivered to me (in Germany) on 11.04.2024, this is the estimated delivery that appears whenever I try to track it. My package and its tracking details are stuck at the Hub Haren site. I know nothing about it, which makes me uncomfortable. The least you can do is providing us with the appropriate and accurate delivery details and if you have problems with your shipping processes ( which could happen), then it would be enough to tell us when the problem could be solved (approximately). And then we can wait in peace or maybe change our plans. The package I'm waiting for is a birthday gift for my son and his birthday is on 21.04 . Update: after about 4 weeks of waiting time, the package hasn't been delivered, they sent back to the Shop(sender), and I got my money back.
They lost my package at this facility. What's worse is they give conflicting information, first they say it's damaged and then they say damaged means lost. They also never contacted me, I had to do it first when I noticed the package hasn't moved for a long time. Of course I had to wait 2 weeks until their customer service replied to my messages on X/Twitter, because they also completely ignored my emails. The content of the package was worth 90€ and just for the shipping from France to Germany I had to pay around 15€. They only refunded 25€ and didn't want to investigate how a package can arrive at their facility and then suddenly disappear. Very bad shipping company and even worse customer service. Avoid using their service.
Package sent by Mondial Relay stuck in HUB HARNES "absent de base" and not showing up anywhere!!! How is it possible to have a data anomaly and completely lose sight of a parcel, with no updates and no way to track the parcel? I have been contacting the client service and getting conflicting information every time. I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible!!! Tracking number: 82104434
