MC RENOVATION

I worked with M&A Renov on the refurbishment of a Haussmannian flat in Montmartre, and can fully recommend their services to anyone (French or foreigner) looking to start a refurbishment project. Their professionalism, adaptability and positive, engaging attitude were priceless accompaniments in what is often an overwhelming journey, especially for first-time flat renovators. Mohamed El-Hakeim who was my main point of contact throughout the entire process is very reliable, responsive and attentive to detail, with an incredible memory of all the specific particularities of the flat from even the very first visit. He works in English just as well as he does in French, which was a really important factor that made the entire process very easy. His positivity and good-will really helps build a relationship of trust. As an architect designing my own flat, I had pretty high demands and expectations sometimes down to the millimetre, and it was great to find a company that was able to understand the ideas and requirements from the very first time and work with respect to minute detail. During the works, we suffered an unexpected and unrelated leak from the upstairs neighbour's bathroom, which caused delays and many new problems to resolve on top of all the planned works that were already ongoing. Mohamed and the entire team acted with understanding and impressive flexibility, and did their best to help fix the damage and adapt to the unexpected delays. I signed off the works with a feeling of great satisfaction. All in all, a 10/10 service, fully recommend, will work with them again in the future.

Reno Pere & fils worked on our house and their work was exquisite, they did a fantastic job. It is very difficult to find a trust worthy person to do the job they did. Le travail réalisé par Mohamed et ses équipes a été tout bonnement exceptionnel dans des délais serrés (pour ne pas dire très serrés !) Les travaux sont réalisés avec minutie et savoir-faire (isolation, électricité, plomberie, carrelage, changement des fenêtres, menuiserie sur mesure…) et les conseils toujours avisés. Les matériaux et équipements proposés sont de qualité, en cas de nécessité de modifier les plans initialement envisagés, une alternative ou deux sont systématiquement proposées (et oui ce sont des travaux, rien ne se passe jamais comme prévu). Ainsi, Mohamed est force de proposition dans les situations impossibles à réaliser techniquement, il vous accompagne techniquement mais vous apporte aussi son soutien face à la déception/frustration que ces situations peuvent engendrer. Le suivi de chantier est également assuré, j’ai systématiquement été informée de l’avancée des travaux (et sans jamais avoir à le demander) ce qui m’a permis de pouvoir penser à autre chose ! Et ça c’est du luxe ! Enfin, le devis est clair, net et précis, la facturation suit un schéma comptable défini et encadré qui ne laisse pas de flou dans les montants engagés et à régler ! Tout est extrêmement clair, juste et précis. Et si je ne devais ajouter qu’un dernier point pour justifier ces 5 étoiles amplement méritées, Mohamed est tout bonnement une personne adorable ! A l’écoute, humaine, compétente, agréable, de confiance… bref, laissez lui votre chantier sans hésiter !
