We contracted for the installation of a heat pump to replace the oil burning heating system installed in our home in the 1950's. The installation was scheduled for July and done on time. In the four days that the installation took, including removal of the existing system, every moment ran smoothly. There was no excessive dirt or noise, and upon completion, the cellar was in better condition than when it began. We are entirely happy with the installation and unreservedly recommend this business.

I highly recommend the Bernardon team who did an outstanding job installing three AC Units in July 2023. They were extremely hard-working, tidy and very attentive to our needs. For example, they made sure the units blended in with the house facade. In summary, we have been very satisfied and impressed with this company, and as a result, we plan to use them again for some plumbing and electrical work.

Absolutely incredibly good service from Xavier Bernardon. Our boiler came to an unexpected death last night. I contacted the company via their website around 9:30 last night, had a response via email at 8:10 this morning. Two representatives came and viewed the damage at 8:30 and confirmed a replacement was needed. They returned at 3:30 in the afternoon and by 4:30 the new boiler was in operation. I cannot praise the company high enough. Highly recommended!

I emailed them to start with, as I was worried I could not speak enough french. But I didn’t need to worry, as the office spoke English. They came out very quickly and solved the problem. The engineers were very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much

Une bonne équipe de 3 techniciens a travaillé efficacement en recherchant les meilleures solutions pour installer les appareils. Bon souci de la propreté, de la préparation et gestion du chantier. Installation propre et bien faite dans les délais spécifiés. Lors des discussions pendant la visite initiale et appels téléphoniques suivants, bonne écoute de ce dont on avait besoin et plusieurs options suggérées à différents budgets pour trouver la bonne solution. L'installation fonctionne bien. Je recommande.
