My mom and dad just brought mutton curry from Khaodi, there’s no salt, no taste and yeah I found a strand of hair. . I would not have complained if it was just about salt, but finding hair in food is very disgusting. The staff and management should make sure that at least the food they serve is clean and hygienic. Utterly disappointed.
There's a serious hygiene issue....today I ordered a mutton Rogan Josh and I found mutton hair on the top of the food.. This is quite disappointing.. I hope you will look into this matter
I was a student of DU while that time khaodi was one of the best in this sector. But after 2years 2026 i went there 4 times but their staff behaviour changed there food quality and quantity degraded. Once they served me with spoiled black dal and when i asked about it they told me that if you dont want to it then dont eat . 2nd time my pork dry fry was not fully cooked and when i tried to tell then to cook it a bit they refused and told me to this is what it is . Their customer service degraded alot as well as their food quality. I suggest not to eat there better you go to DG lepetkata .
I have been ordering the Chicken Thali from Khaodi since my 1st semester as a Dibrugarh University student living in a PG. Most hostel and PG students prefer ordering from your restaurant because we often do not get good-quality food in our hostels or PG accommodations. However, today's Chicken Thali was very disappointing. The quantity of dal provided was extremely small, and in the Chicken Masala Dry, there were only two pieces of chicken. Usually, the Chicken Thali contains around four pieces, which is one of the reasons I regularly order from your restaurant. As students, we depend on affordable and satisfying meals, and receiving such a small quantity is disappointing. Hostel and PG students already face difficulties when it comes to getting good food, so we expect consistency in both quality and quantity from restaurants we trust. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider the concerns of students like us. If this continues, I may have to stop ordering from your restaurant in the future.
Khaodi is a really nice spot for lunch or dinner in Dibrugarh. The Assamese thali is tasty, portions are huge, and prices of both veg and non veg are super reasonable. Very budget friendly restaurant.
A great place for Lunch/Dinner at Dibrugarh. We like the food and the price is very convenient making it suitable for someone looking for a Assamese lunch at affordable price in Dibrugarh
Nice place to have lunch. Affordable and really nice food. Also, popular among university students and couples including family. Vegetarian options are awesome and food quality is top notch. Quantity served is more than enough and also options to have in quarter, half n full. Quarter is good enough for a single person.
Awesome thali and chicken at pocket friendly price 😋 👌
