Firstly I appreciate that the executive spoke to me in english and said everybody here speaks english well. I did a general car maintenance On 16/10/2025, I specifically asked for all the a general maintenance like: checking all filters and refilling all the liquids and oils and I did ask if there is any issue please inform me before changing or replacing. Later I got a message saying your vehicle is ready to collect. When I went back they gave me a list of checks only after paying the amount of 480,49€. I have randomly checked the Coolent liquide and the engine oil and it is below the MIN limit or lower than the MAX limit and when asked or questioned: got a response we forgot and re-filled in front of me. However, in the checks or report it clearly says it is filled as per the vehicle limit. I asked how can I trust all other checks are done properly ? and they switched to French and responding me in French only. Later a week I got a warning saying my DEF (Diesel exhaust Fluid) is low. When I went and questioned they did not speak well and the conversation was completely in French. They told go to showroom and get it checked there could be some leakage. They could tell me at the beginning while performing the checks or inspection. VERY DISAPOINTED. NOT RECOMMENDED!

It is probably the worst experience I had in a mechanic in seven countries and three continents. They performed half the tasks. They changed a valve and tires and now my car does not recognise its own tire. When asked to verify they said their checking instrument did not have battery and I should do some kilometres and if it does not magically correct itself I should come back and waste my time again. I had informed them that there were warnings in the car and they said ok but finally they did not do the control for oils and filters. A waste of time and money for below average service, bad quality material and impolite personnel that on top of that is not up to yhe task. Avoid this place at all costs

Utterly useless. Booked in for a service, got there and they told me it was mysteriously cancelled two days ago. Eventually, after some twenty minutes of argument, they conceded that they could find space but only if I surrendered the car for the whole day rather than three hours as booked. I think I was supposed to be grateful for this. Consistently understaffed with long queues as an added bonus.

Very bad customer service!! Not helpful at all..

They'll deceive you when you need them the most! Had a very bad experience with them. Ordered a car battery and replacement service online, NO ONE dared to call me when the Rendez-vous time arrived! Here's a piece of advice, go see them if you don't have any other option.

drove up the place, yes will take of it rather tomorrow, already 4:30pm so quite understandable, next day, early in the morning (before 8am) I got a text message that the car was done. Perfect

Terrible service. Failed to balance tires correctly. Then ignored me in-line while they served other Clients.
