the staff can be more helpful and cheerful ! the quality of the products are top level despite their very very expensive price though! the plae is well organised and the variety of the products is unbelievable .. not only home appliance products but also phones, charges, samsung and apple products , TVs up to 8K .. cables, headsets,... enjoy the pictures

Zero star. My bank account is directly debited for the things that i have not subscribed. I gave my bank details(RIB) for wifi box subscription but the sales person named NAZIHI RAFIKA FA has added anti virus subscription and othe unnecessary direct debit from my bank account using my bank details. It is uncivilised experience at Darty la Defence. Terrible experience. Evil sales person named NAZIHI RAFIK FA. I bought one Samsung TV, one Samsung referigater. Subscription of wifi box of Bouygues telecome. The above named sales person cheated me. I approached la defence manager and he told me that I have to speak with the Bouygues telecom service. But I made the was fooled in The Darty Electronic shop and by the uniformed sales person of the Darty. I trusted Darty brand and came to shop there. the manager at Darty was arguing me to speak with bouygues telecome service provider. Where as I was sold this service in the Darty shop and by Darty uniformed person in la Defence Darty. So. It is not bouygues telecome company responsibility. How many people who doesn't understand french are scamed in this way. Darty company should remove this aggressive sales pushing techniques. How many people's bank account may be getting directly debited for the service that they have not subscribed. I didn't ask for anti virus subscription but they subscribed to anti virus service and some others. I am collecting the details. At my last meeting with manager with huge difficulty he accepted to cancel the anti virus service and reimburse my money. But that hasn't happened yet. I was also subscribed to darty membership by saying that I have to pay only one time payment of 10€ by giving misinformation. But now every month my bank account is debited with memeship fees. They fooled me.

They offer me a monthly subscription or they say discount card but this is absolutely money making for darty company cause when i ask i auchan they said its not applicable. Scamming people is very bad 👎

Very bad experience. I bought a Logitech GAMING G pro X ultralight wireless mouse at Darty la Défense. When I was home I opened the box and it was empty. I contacted customer service and nothing happened.

I was happy to visit the repair department where my problem was solved with full customer satisfaction

Fahd was v quick and helpful in payment . He very friendly and smiley! He was sharing with us on some fidelity card thing can b use at Darty n Auchan.. seems v good. Think if we want to sign up will look for him. Been there a few times and he is the first one to intro this and he explain it v well in English to us. V much appreciated ..

Unbeliavably terrible. We just had our kitchen installed and the drwars fell breaking memorabilia and items that are irreplaceable. Extremely unhappy by the quality and lack of care
