The food is exquisite and the service amazing. For example, we were there a week ago and my wife asked for extra milk with her coffee. When we were there yesterday there was no need to ask for extra milk - the waiter remembered our previous visit et voila, extra milk, no need to ask. A small thing but worthy of praise. They take a slightly different approach to other restaurants I have eaten in. The plat de jour is either mer or terre or a combination of mer and terre (on different plates). The portions are just right, the food is cooked to perfection and the flavours absolutely delicious. I cannot fault the place. Highly recommended!

A gem! The former monastic stable block has been handsomely restored, the decor arresting and contemporary. The food is imaginative and the wine pairing excellent and innovative. The chef flirts with the range of flavours and brings out the best from the excellent ingredients which are what brought him to Pamiers 18 years ago. The husband and wife team bring together the highest standards . I will be back this week! Truly, as the Michelin phrase has it, this is worth the detour. Probably a pilgrimage of its own, actually.

Great restaurant. Called in for lunch yesterday. We didn't have a booking but were found a table and made to feel welcome. Fantastic delicious food, friendly and efficient service. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely return.

A hidden gem. Beautiful decor, friendly atmosphere, super staff and high quality food cooked to perfection. You need to book.

Wonderful find in the centre of Pamiers. Great service, food and ambiance. We had a birthday celebration and everyone was impressed. Recommended.
