Believe the hype! Fresh grilled steaks (every cut imaginable) on an open fire grill in the dining room. Locals and the accidental tourist (👋🏼) enjoy this spot. Thanks to those that visited and rated Chez Franck before us, we stumbled on this place, and it was fantastic. Admirable. You must book (it is always full). Very warm welcome and excellent people. Dealt perfectly with finding space for baby and clobber. Ingredients totally fresh, wood-burning grill, perfect cooking. Fabulous desserts too. Everything prompt and attentive, very much a family enterprise. First class wine and sensible prices. So enjoyed!

We eat here every time we are in France. It is beautiful, well managed, very friendly staff. It's simply welcoming and divine to eat here. The food is fabulous, the attention from staff is unmatched. We highly recommend this restaurant 👌 and remember to book in advance, very popular.

We arrived late for lunch a foursome with dog and we accommodated. Luckily the last large table. Franck welcomed us in and as we were English and Scottish we had immediate banter on a rugby theme. Aside of that our meals were exceptionally good served quickly and the staff most attentive and Interactive. What more does one want. Perfect lunch

One of the better restaurants in Narbonne. Food is fresh, the waiters and staff are absolutely lovely. Such a pleasure to have dinner there.

Underway from Spain to Belgium on the A9 and my son decided he was into a steak. I did some googeling and found a restaurant “ chez franck”.. Reservation by phone started with someone who asked for my name, and then used it as if i was a regular. You feel welcome. When arriving ( early) at the restaurant we didn’t knew what expect. The menu is on the plaid on the table. First thing you notice are the prices. Getting worried because really attractive ( not to say cheap) pricing. Would this be any good? We order entrecôte , salads and fries etc. First of all, small warning, the fries are not what the Dutch and Belgians are used ( so the mega crispy variation) . This is hand made. But the most important, the meat… Sorry for the wording.. WTH..?!? Perfect meat, perfectly prepared, perfect taste ( and yes without arrogance we know our meats). The owner appears to be a famous rugby player. I don’t like restaurants that are from “ famous people” that are never there and ripp you off. Well the guy is here, and he is friendly, works together with his very friendly team , and is running a great restaurant. The Micheling guide gave in Thailand to a few non standard restaurants a michelin star. And really, I regret we had no more time.. But this restaurant is worth a detour and is now on my favorite list!! Please go there!
