I do not normally take the time to write reviews but the service I received from Bel Air - in particular Gwen - was outstanding. Gwen went above and beyond at all times from helping me understand the process to facilitating the removal of a car from our land! She is clearly very well connected in the local area and takes a hands-on approach to all aspects of the sale (as well as some non-aspects!) from start to finish. I cannot thank her enough for all of her help.

My house in Plelauff has just been sold by Bel Air Homes. I have been thoroughly impressed by the way Gwen guided me through the process. Although my French is reasonable, my understanding of the process was limited and I am so glad to have had someone to arrange surveys, contact people, explain things and liaise with other agencies. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she often replied to my emails outside working hours. I would thoroughly recommend either buying or selling with this agence.

Bel Air Homes have been fantastic, they helped my elderly mother sell her house in France. As my mother doesn't speak French and neither do I, selling the house from England would have been very difficult. The agent from Bel Air Homes made the process much easier. Bel Air Immobilier have been outstanding throughout our property search and actual purchase. We met several different agents throughout our 3 year search , and all were good, but Bel Air exceed that, and considering their fee, my wife and I cant help but think why you wouldn't use them as their service is by no means inferior, in fact on the contrary, also considering their fee, it actually helped us achieve our purchase in these difficult financial times. Completed purchase through Gwen at Bel Air homes two weeks ago. The service provided by Gwen was above and beyond exceptional. I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a home in Brittany gives Gwen a call first.

Great estate agency who could not have been more helpful - Gwen even sorted out the change over of utilities fof us when we bought our house in Brittany. They also saved the sale for both us and the vendor when Leggett's tried to force us to buy through them and pay their excessive commission. I can't recomend them highy enough.
