A beautiful building for a station. Used it twice; arriving from Paris and departing for Hendaye. Easy to get to the other platforms; lifts available which make things easier.

"Self-cleaning" toilets but no paper, water or light for that matter. You have to go in with a flashlight or you’ll be surrounded by darkness. It’s a shameful state for a public restroom to be in.

Easy station to navigate, buses to all locations out front of station. Or walk across the bridge into town if your hotel isn’t far away it’s an easy nice walk.

Nice and quite a large station. There are two cafés and one shop.

Too long queue to the WC 🤦🏻‍♀️. Clean. Possible to buy tickets 🎟️ in machine.

Basic station. More seating inside would be good, along with more plugs.

Good connections but needs a few more toilets

Terrible experience at the ticket office. Employees trying to close service 15 minutes before schedule (17.45h). When you tell them it's still on time they shout you about their rights and threaten of closing at 6pm o clock even if not finished. For a ticket office they really have no idea what a customer is. Very bad experience.
