Wow! Excellent service! Marina, whom I talked to, has proved true hospitality, took time to explain every opportunity and hidden gems for a 3-4 days stay in this beautiful town. I felt very welcome. Thank you!

My friend and I have just returned from a three day stay in Beziers. We were impressed by how knowledgeable those working at the tourist office are. For example, they presented a sheet of various plane departures for each day of the week. Next to our flight was information as to which bus to catch from the train station in order to arrive at the airport at the required time. All had a friendly and helpful attitude which makes all the difference. We were let down by our Wi-Fi provision in our self catering apartment but was able to use the Wi-fi at the tourist office. We were also able to leave our luggage until such time we needed to head to the airport. Thank you for all your assistance!

Warm and welcoming. Were very helpful in assisting us find outdoor playgrounds in the city and explaining bus routes. All staff seemed truly enthusiastic about their home and sharing its delights. They are an asset to the town. It does get busy so be prepared to wait. It's worth it.

I visited the office on Sunday. Straight away i was welcomed and the young Lady was very helpful and Friendly. As was the other Lady. All information was given and even some ideas on what to Visit. And for non speaking French People they speak excellent Australian. Merci Beaucoup

I am always visiting Tourist Informations but this time I went to check if it's possible to buy there the pass for regional trains in Occitane "Occitane rail tour" as it seems impossible to do it online on that day. The ladies weren't aware such promotion exists and I find it bizzare, as it's a great promo of the region targeted to tourists. I worked in tourist information though and I know the information flow between the parties fails many times. Of course I know it's not their thing to sell train tickets but my question wasn't received positively in any way. The ladies changed as one seemed irritated with me. But later they said "good bye" in my language which was nice. I'm leaving this opinion as also for Tourists Information staff to get acquainted with Occitane Rail tour promo (just 10 EUR/day on regional trains) and maybe other tourists to read. Last but not least - it was November 4th and it turned out SNCF site was blocked all the morning and wasn't accepting online payments. I bought the ticket finally in the afternoon and travelled with it.

Nice staff (they speak English) and helpfully tips. Ice cream shop opposite it has fantastic icecream. Don't forget to get yourself a treat there. And for the best shopping centre south of Lyon visit the one in Bezier. I forgot the name but tourist info can direct you. Just a 10 min drive from centre.
