Not worth the detour. Its lunch time and the restaurant is empty, but the lady said they are busy and its impossible to eat. Suggested to go to a different place - wonderful attitude and service.

If you are looking for a different kind of restaurant, far away from the noisy bars. This tranquile and cosy bar with great food and an excellent service will surprise you.

Just had a lovely lunch in a beautiful spot in the French Alps. The menu du jour had 2 options either Fillet mignon with olives or a Poke bowl full of fresh vegetables, quinoa and tuna. The service and presentation of food was excellent. This is a hidden gem as lunch in the sun, amazing views and fresh air and tranquility makes it a spot worth visiting. In summer take the Lac Noir telecabin from Les Coches and then its a 15 minute walk down to Chez Laurette. Noticed a few cars parked by the restaurant so clearly this is also an alternative way to get there.

Friendly atmosphere, great local dishes in a quiet spot

So glad we found this little gem of a place! It’s slightly tucked out of the way which means it doesn’t get crazy busy. We went 3 days in a row! The hot chocolate there is to die for and they have a different 3 course set menu each day. Great service! Lovely owners even let us play with their puppy

If it were possible to put zero stars I would. we arrive at the restaurant after five kilometers of walking and after having previously called asking if it was open, but only once we arrive at the place we are told that everything is booked. being a group in which there are elderly people, children and an infant, we stop for five minutes to rest and drink while sitting at a table adjacent to the structure, on the sidelines and evidently not set for the restaurant, but we are immediately kicked out in a rude way by the owners. terrible experience especially for the kids in the group. certainly not the hospitality one would expect in the mountains.

Great position just above Les Coches. Ski in or walk / cycle / drive up. Friendly staff. Nice food. Authentic. Go to the website or call to check opening times.

Loved everything about this. Great atmosphere and great food for a good price
