Hotel la Garance was everything and more than what we expected, friendly staff that went out of there way to help, clean rooms and grounds, secure cycle garage, perfect for cycling on the route for the Ventoux climb from Bedoin. The hotel is 4Km (2.4Mile) from Bedoin and taxis are available but my advise is pre-book the day before, there is a lovely restaurant next door, for more choices you would need to pop down to Bedoin, Many tanks to the staff that got up early to serve breakfast so we could beat the 36deg heat, the honesty bar is a rare thing these days so good to see the trust, very well stocked breakfast perfect set up for the cyclists. 5 star from all of us.|Thank you and hopefully see you again soon

A wonderful stay! We had such a lovely experience at HOTEL de Charme La Garance. The new owners, who took over in early July, were incredibly warm and accommodating—nothing was too much trouble, and their hospitality made the stay feel personal and relaxed. The breakfast was a real highlight—an absolute treat with fresh pastries still warm from the local boulangerie (literally next door), served with care and attention. It’s rare to find that kind of quality in a 2-star hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable—10/10 across the board, from the rooms to the shared spaces. Everything felt fresh, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Highly recommend this charming spot.

Our New Zealand cycling group stayed here for 4 nights while we cycled around the area and up Mt Ventoux. Friendly and efficient service from the new owners, great breakfasts and an awesome little pool to cool off in after a days cycling! Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved our stay. The owners are incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. We felt at home here. A comfortable, peaceful base for exploring Mont Ventoux. The room was clean and modern. Highly recommend!

Wonderful small hotel with super friendly new owner Veronique. Modern spacious rooms, great views of the French countryside, beautiful pool, excellent secure bike parking, safe e-bike charging, many lounge areas. Two excellent restaurants nearby -- one next door and the other across the street. Located right on the main bicycle route up Mont Ventoux from Bedoin. Good breakfast with room including juices, fruits, pastries, bread, hardboiled eggs, meats & cheeses. Free cold sparking and still water from a machine.

This charming little hotel at the foot of Mont Ventoux is a hidden gem, a quaint oasis that offers everything could you need and more for a very reasonable price. The location of the hotel is ideal to explore the region, especially if you are a cyclist since it is directly located on the route to the Mont Ventoux). Apart from cyclists during the day, however, the road is very calm and you can have a very good night’s sleep even with windows open. The place itself is unbelievably charming and inviting, clean and homely. This familial atmosphere is created especially by the hosts, who are the nicest people you could imagine, Véronique being kind of a French version of Mary Poppins, the perfect hosts (and the kinds of people you‘d wish to have as an aunt and uncle so that you can visit every summer). Breakfast is fantastic, the pool is fantastic, the rooms have everything you need and are simple, cute and clean. There is literally nothing to complain about - a place you can truly wind down, feel at home, enjoy. We will definitely visit again.

An excellent stay with such friendly and helpful hosts. Some highlights… the water fountain, coffee machine at breakfast, honesty bar with an excellent range of drinks, the restaurant next door and the service. Our room also was great and all we needed. Definitely recommend 👍

Really lovely boutique hotel right on the start of the climb to Ventoux. Really well set up for cyclists.|Very comfortable bed, excellent shower, secure bike storage and a large communal fridge freezer to store water bottles.|The staff are super friendly and welcoming.|The local restaurant next door is perfect for aprés climb dinner as only 10 steps away!!!|Bédoin is 4km down the road and has everything you need.
