Absolute nightmare in terms of delivery. I need to pay the subcontractor additional costs for installation. If I had to redo it, then I would rather go directly to Leroy Merlin, would have saved a lot of time, and hassle

Looks like they have a lot of things, but I wouldn’t know because the customer service is very very bad. We spent 20 minutes in the store trying to get help but nobody was available. Despite the fact that there were only maybe 15 people in the store.

Weak service and bad quality, we bought a door every two month we need sb to come and repaire it, they changed it once but still the same technical problem.
