I recently had dinner in there and it was a pleasant surprise. There were many restaurants in Lyon that were closed so I decided to give this place a try and I'm glad I did The staff were very nice and attentive. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. It was slow-paced and allowing everyone to enjoy their conversations, meals and wine without any rush. I ordered two meals and cocktails. While the meals were a bit salty, they were still delicious and the portion sizes were quite generous.

We arrived in Lyon late on a Friday and were lucky to find this restaurant open and with seating. That said, the food and service were better than expected for such a quick find. We had their bone marrow and toast as an appetizer and it was quite good. Make sure to get it with truffles. She had a seared steak tartare and I had their chopped steak with a wonderful cheese sauce. We shared a carafe of one of the red they recommended and it was exactly what we would have asked for. This was a quick find and there are so many great places in Lyon. I would visit again, just based on the how well the server treated us; but the food would draw us as well.

Burger is good, fries are phenomenal! The prawns are nice and juicy and big, but there are very few. Chicken is dry, so I wouldn't order that again.

We visited La Reserve for a late lunch on Monday and had wonderful experience! We had Tartare Cesar and steak with St Marcellin sauce. I love Tartare and this one was absolutely delicious! My wife doesn’t really like tartare but Tartare Cesar was partially seared so she liked it as well. The St Marcellin sauce on stake was really good. It was my first time tasting it and I loved it! Fried potato came with both dish were amazing as well. They didn’t have English menu but the waitress was very kind to help us and answered all the questions we had in English, which made us feel very comfortable. Just would like to say thank you again here! We paid a little less than €60 and it was definitely worth it. Coming from New York, we couldn’t be happier about this price, food, and service!

Visited twice with my family in October. Very good service and food. Between the four of us in two visits we tried quite a few dishes of their short but attractive menu and nothing disappointed (I'll make special mention of the omelette with ham and grated truffles). Excellent house wine that they sell in carafes, very reasonably priced.

Excellent cozy little place. Service was good even between a little language difficulties; very helpful and cheery. Burger was very tasty and some of the best crème brûlée I've had!

We were very pleased with our dinner. The atmosphere was delightful, and the owner was extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

Nice lyonese bistrot with some good wine selections, very good offer of cheeses and informal Professional service. Recommended
