Pickup of some large sheets of insulated plasterboard was not a good experience. Drove in and saw my order stacked up ready to go. Asked if I could load it right there (like you would anywhere else) and told no, I have to drive back out and wait. The waiting bays are not sized for trailers so had to park across multiple bays. Waited 10-15m and product was dumped outside the gates. Asked for help loading (which everywhere else does) and told "no it's not my job". Of course the bottom sheet was damaged as it was put on the palette the wrong way up. This is not consistent with my experience at other Leroy Merlins (Vannes and Saint Nazaire) where they're usually very helpful. Not going here again.

Helpful staff, good range of quality products. Discount loyalty card and exce!!ent returns police. Parking a bit of a challenge when it's busy.
