Old hotel, room on 1st floor, dark with no air con. No wardrobe just a curtain! Comfortable bed. Disappointing breakfast you had to book! No fruit and small selection, lovely coffee and orange juice. The pool is a great amenity but you have to pay 10 euro per person swimming with no towels .. the restaurant is lovely and good food!

The view out the window is great with the river flowing by and mountains in the background. It is near shops and restaurants. The room is very basic and has NO air conditioning. There was a noisy crowd at the restaurant next door so with our window open for ventilation it was hard to sleep. Then at 6am in the morning a street sweeper came by. Sleep was hard to come by. The room layout was strange with an entry into a hallway with 3 doors. One door was to the bathroom with shower, one to the bedroom and one door was to the toilet. The bathroom was very modern with all the amenities and plenty of counter space for toiletries. I wouldn't stay here again.

Lovely hotel, well located and comfortable. I slept really well. The staff is lovely, especially the guy. I didn't get his name, but he helped me out with calling the car hire company as I don't speak French. He was very cute and charming :) I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are a little outdated but clean and very comfortable beds. Some rooms have a great view of the center area in front of the hotel. Plenty of parking. Bar is great and they offer some local beers. Restaurant was fantastic.

Our room had no air conditioning but we couldn't leave the windows open because of the noise from the restaurant exhaust. Not good in hot weather. However, the location was convenient and a meal in the restaurant was one of the best on our trip.

while not super fancy for the cost, its situated in the best spot in town. The view of the water and rolling hills was gorgeous. Within walking distance to everything. shower bath combo was a tight squeeze. If you are on the terrace level - its uncomfortable and unsafe to keep your windows open as anyone with a terrace room can come on in... pool was open to use but always had the cover over it. No A/C other than open windows.

Make sure if you vist to ask to eat in the main restaurant which is beyond the initial room on entry.||The quality is the same but oh what a setting. Totally over the top carved paneling which takes you back to times gone by. The affluence is mind blowing. A wonderful dining room matched with mouthwatering food. Not to be missed if in Aurillac. 9/10

The staff is very nice but unfortunately the hotel is very badly structured. Also the bed was rock hard and the pillows felt really cheap.
