I could not believe how well we were treated here. Fanny went above and beyond with her kind personality. She epitomizes the French with her attention to the guest. The queen size rooms are small and basic, with comfortable beds. As a Diamond member, she upgraded us to a king sized room, which suits our needs better. The location worked well for us as we wanted to visit the fabulous downtown area and the wineries that this region is famous for. Fanny deserves kudos for being such a kind and wonderful person.

This location was perfect for our needs of city atmosphere and winery visits. |The queen sized rooms are smaller than we expected, but when we spoke to Fanny, she upgraded us as Diamond members. |We do enjoy Best Western for it's members privileges, but this one was so much better. Fanny made this visit the best with her kind spirit and incredible attitude.|The value that we got here far exceeded the others that we've had on this trip so far.|The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable with great pillows.|Our sleep was uninterrupted as this place is very quiet!

Perfect for a clean room with all basic amenities if you plan to be out and about most of the day. It is located about 20 to 25 minutes from downtown Bordeaux, so it's not right in the middle of downtown, but if you're driving, it's still easy to get to there. I want to especially shout out on behalf of Fanny, Lea and Anna. Fanny checked us in at reception and was very friendly and helpful, as was Lea, when she checked us out. Anna worked in the attached restaurant and is very knowledgeable about the wines in the region. I asked her to recommend me some, and the two that she gave me fit my requests perfectly. In fact, she's holding the white wine in the photo. All of rhe ladies speak exceptionally good English. This hotel is a good choice.

Rare case of hotel deserving more stars. Easily as good as our 4* stays in St Jean, San Sebastian, etc but under half the price. Helpful front staff, directly across from a grocery store and a discount goods store (luggage, batteries, etc).

This is an exceptional Best Western Hotel. Modern, spotlessly clean, friendly and highly professional staff. The larger executive room was very spacious and a very comfortable bed (31). Enjoyed the pool after a long day sightseeing in Bordeaux. There is a park and ride just a few minutes drive away where you can get a bus into the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to singles, couples and families with teenage children.

Great stop before heading north. Very welcoming staff and nice restaurant/bar/ outside space to relax. We had a family room i.e. 2 rooms with a connecting door which was perfect. The icing on the cake was the outdoor swimming pool which was welcomed after a long drive in the heat. We will come back.

Lovely hotel located well for travellers. It's within view of the main train station but I haven't heard any noise from there. Staff are friendly and keen to help, and the rooms are very comfortable. I arrived into a heatwave so was delighted to find air conditioned rooms. Bed is queen size and extremely comfortable. I have slept so well here so far; I suspect that the rooms are sound proofed! I have no view to speak of, but I didn't expect one in a mostly functional base upon which to visit the sights. I would recommend the hotel to all of my friends.

It was all good. We stayed 1 day with breakfast. Not much 2 complain
