Hello, we came from Turkey as part of a group and stayed at your hotel for one night. Your rooms were not bad; however, while we were getting ready in the morning between 08:30 and 09:00, your housekeeping staff came to our room twice, and on one occasion the staff member opened the door without knocking. It truly felt as if we were being rushed to leave, which was very unpleasant. In addition, although our group had an agreement with the hotel for an open buffet breakfast, we were not allowed into the buffet breakfast area. Instead, we were taken to a separate room and served only one croissant and one coffee, with a few pieces of fruit placed in the middle of the table. There were not enough croissants for everyone. When we asked for a few more, we were spoken to rudely and told things like, “We put a fixed number, you are too many.” Leaving aside the fact that no extra items were offered, the staff continued to insist on the same rude explanation. We were not satisfied with your hotel, and I did not appreciate the attitude of your staff at all. You can be sure that we will never stay at your hotel again and we will not recommend it to anyone.
Bad Smell, No Elevator We checked in and walked across the street to a 2nd story room with an awful perfume smell in the hallways. The room was not better, even after we opened the window. After staying in the room about 30 minutes we decided to check-out. The staff were nice, but not accommodating. Obviously, they were trying to cover up something that smelled worse.
Not great experience. Booked 2 rooms for 1 night in December. We were given rooms in a separate building across the street as main hotel building was full according to receptionist. Rooms were cold and had a strong smell of mold. Also not very clean. No towel rail in the bathroom, towels does not dry overnight. Spa is extremely dirty and very dated and neglected: lights in sauna did not work, steam room did not work, shower in front of the sauna did not work. Floors were very very filthy, full of wet dust and hair. We did not even tried restaurant as did not want to be more disappointed.
"I am writing this to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay. The most concerning issue was the clear negative discrimination against our Turkish tourist group. It was obvious that we were not treated with the same respect as other guests. The breakfast provided to us was insulting; we were only given a cold coffee and a single croissant, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. When I approached the management to discuss this issue, they were completely dismissive and showed no interest in solving the problem. Furthermore, the staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly throughout our stay. Their sour attitude made us feel very unwelcome. I strongly advise others—especially groups—to avoid this hotel. Discrimination and poor service should never be tolerated."
Stayed for 2 night’s here. the room was kinda small but nothing too crazy. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice and quiet. The hotel is in a small town perfect to recharge your energies during the night and explore the areas like Colmar or Mulhouse during the day. Parking was very easy, If the hotel parking is full, free public parking is available in the surrounding area.
Rooms are very hot and the aircon can't be adjusted. Poorly insulated rooms, you can hear people flushing toilets all around you and clatter from the kitchen until late. Breakfast was a joke, €26 all the hot food had gone by 9am when it's supposed to be served while 10am, complete rip off for a juice and a bit of bread and cheese. The jacuzzi was also broken. Plenty of better places to stay a few minutes away.
A perfect hotel in a quiet location ideal for an overnight stay while travelling further south to places like Italy. Very polite staff, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended.
This hotel is a bit of a hidden gem on the French countryside. The restaurant was especially good. So good, that we ate there both evenings during our stay in the hotel. The staff could all speak English, which was a relief due to the fact that I've heard that non-French speakers can have difficulties while in France.
