AS BAT

+I liked the staff. They allowed me to put my food in their fridge, use microwave and boil water with can in the lobby. It was very good because I was tired and did not had a lot of energy to search for food places. Room was also very good. I liked that there were a lot of hangers. Also those with clippers. -I did not like that I had to wait and on domophone ask to open the gate for me. I found it strange, that it was looked. Room lacks noise insulation. I could hear talking, closing of doors and sex noises from the room next door. If there is this poor noise insulation then hotel should not put guests right next to each other. I think that hotel was not full at all to do it.

During my travel in France, I had a disaster experience with BRT hotel Bordeaux Airport, a lesson that cost me $90; (I have a review posted about our experience). Friends were staying at B&B HOTEL Lyon Eurexpo Bron and recommended we stay at same place. I booked a room still hesitant because I did not know much about the chain, and I did not want similar experience to BRIT. I walked in with my phone camera turned on to record any incident that may arise. I was totally taken back by the reception area: clean and makes you feel comfortable. The staff had a friendly genuine smile and enquired about our trip, and he informed us that though we arrived early they have a room ready for us. The room was clean the bed comfortable, bathroom well laid out. Upon asking we got extra towels and pillows in a Jiffy. Hotel has ample of free parking. Highly recommended place

Great hotel. Just on the road. Always someone at the lobby( which you can’t say on every road side hotel)

I found nothing seriously wrong with this simple and economical hotel, which was very clean, has an excellent lobby, and cool staff with beer. it was previously Ibis hotel which explains the relatively high amenities. it has been recently renovated, pillows are very soft, and of the air conditioning works fairly well. The windows are huge and there might be issues with light coming through the curtains

The rooms are clean but small.The lady from reception was very nice and very welcoming. They have a big terrace where you can have a drink or spend some time,which looks dirty and no one bothered to open the umbrellas even outside were 36 deg. In the night no one came to turn on the lights even though they noticed that on the terrace are customers. The prices at the bar are expensive A pint of beer is 6.50. A small bottle of water is 3.50.

This hotel is a typical middle range budget hotel, where everything is average. A typical 3 star hotel. However, the staff is very nice and friendy. Credits to Jamie who provided extremly good service when checking in. First impression of the hotel is always important.||||The rooms are apparently old. But they look ok and the bed was very good to sleep in. There is no noise from outside traffic or restaurants so it should not be a problem to get a good sleep here.||||I came with car and they have free parking outside the hotel. Also a good service to the guests, too many hotels charge alot for car parking.||||I had fish in the restaurant and it was absolutely gorgeous. And the restaurant staff was very noce and friendly as well.||||So, I would usually give this hotel rating 3. But thanks to Jamie and the good food in the restaurant they deserve 4.

Much to my disappointment, my work booked are stay for two weeks. One particular night staff member took a very disliking to us. when working long hours, you want a nice wee quiet drink at the end of the day. This man tried every dirty trick too “trying to kick us out”. But when a bunch of French people are drinking in your beer garden, not one thing I said to them. I think his customer service skills need a massive improvement. Seriously, no one recommend this B&B.

This hotel is a bit out of the way (even from the Eurexpo) so plan on a cab or Uber to get around. About 10 to 15 Euro cab ride to Eurexpo centre. Hotel is quite adequate and does come with a free breakfast (continental) .||One small area to hang clothes in the rooms-not really enough for a business traveler.||Windows open which was good as the heating seemed to kick in around 2am. This happened in my room and my traveling companions room as well.|| However the staff more than make up for any shortcomings the hotel itself may have. They are super friendly and so helpful-we would have struggled with a lot of things if it were not for the staff.
